Maharashtra government's SSC Quota Illegal : Bombay High Court

The Bombay High Court has rejected the Maharashtra government's proposal to reserve 90% of seats in junior colleges across the state for students from the SSC board.

The court has called the decision arbitrary. it has also said that the decision is only to gain political mileage. The court has said that the government order does not serve its purpose.

friends,
what was sickening to experience is that inspite of offering my services, to the top govt. personnel in ensuring validity for this notification, the political masters seem to have confused themselves and others too and they also feel that they have pleased all. just having power is not enough, you need brains too and the nack of getting your objectives achieved. well even this they would not understand, since others suffer for their foolishness.
