NALSAR University of Law- NALSAR Onsite-Online Courses Admissions 2013

NALSAR invites applications for admissions to following courses:

* Two-Year MAster's Degree in Aviation Law and Air Transport Management- MALATM

* Two-Year Master's Degree in Space and Telecommunication Laws- MSLT

* One-Year Post-Graduate Diploma in Aviation Law and Air Transport Management- PGDALATM

* One-Year Post-Graduate Diploma in GIS & Remote Sensing Laws


Eligibility : Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent Degree in any discipline from any recognized university with 50% marks, or 3-year Diploma in Air Craft Maintenance Engineering along with three year's relevant experience. Students appearing for the final year examination of Graduation/Engineering are also eligible to apply

Interested candidates are required to submit the filled-in application form along with statement of purpose, an attested copy of the degree/diploma certificates and a DD for Rs 1000/- drawn in favour of "Registrar, NALSAR-CASL A/c" payable at Hyderabad on or before June 15, 2013

International Law Summit February 2011

The Second Government Law College International Law Summit 2011, being hosted in collaboration with the Indian Merchants Chamber will be held on February 5 - 6 2011. Venue - Indian Merchants Chamber, E Road, Churchgate, Mumbai Participation; The Summit receives participation from premier Law Schools, all across the country.

Ringgit - Registration - Each Team shall submit all Team members names to spilmumbai@gmail.com before the prescribed deadline, following which, a registration fee must be submitted to the address mentioned in the respective competition rules.

Madras University Masters in Law Admissions 2009

Madras University invites application for Masters in Law-ML Degree Course in the following branches under Private Study (Non-Semester) during the academic year 2009-2010 in the Department of Legal Studies.

Br. I International Law & Constitutional Law
Br. II Business Law
Br. Ill Criminal Law
Br. IV Property Law
Br. V Intellectual Property Law
Br. VI Human Rights and Environmental Law
Br. VII Labour Law and Administrative Law


ELIGIBILITY-:
A pass in Law Degree from a recognized University.

Candidates who have already appeared for the ML Degree examination and passed in any paper or papers under the previous regulations are also eligible for the award of ML. Degree provided
(i) They pass m the remaining papers as per the present regulations,
(ii) Research methodology and
(iii) Dissertation However, such candidates are not eligible for dassification

Eligibility for award of Degree-:
A candidate should complete the degree within five years from the academic year in which he/she registers for the course. The candidate should each year attend the compulsory ten days Personal Contact Programme classes. Only then he/she will be eligible to appear for the I & II year examinations respectively

ISSUE OF APPLICATION IN PERSON -:
Application can be had in person at the information Centre. University of Madras, Chennai - 600005 on payment of Rs.200/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ST candidates on production of Xerox copy of the community certificate) by cash.

ISSUE Of APPLICATION BY POST-:
Those who want to obtain application by Post have to send a written requisition specifying the name o( the programme together with a Demand Draft for a sum of Rs 250/- (Rs 200/- towards cost of Application and Rs.50/- towards postage) drawn in favour of "The Registrar, University of Madras, Chennai - 5".

Application can also be downloaded from the University website at www.unom.ac.in However, the cost of application for Rs 200/- by means of Demand Draft shall be enclosed, failing which the application will be summanly rejected.

Last date for issue and submission of filled in application : 30.09.2009
