School of Fashion Technology invites applications for admission to the following UG & PG Diploma Programs in Technical Support with NIFT :
* PG Diploma Courses
Group A : Apparel Production & Merchandising Management – 2 Years
Group B : Fashion Design & Clotting Technology Textile Design ( Computer Assisted ) – 2 Years
Group C : Fashion Design & Clothing Technology – 1 Year
* UG Diploma Courses
Group D : Fashion Apparel Design ( with dual certification of Diploma with NIFT & Degree of B. Sc. [ F.D. ] with YCMOU ).
Eligibility for SOFT Admission 2011 :
Group A & B : Any Graduate ( 10+2+3 ) or equivalent. Group C : HSC + 3 Years Education in Fashion Design.
Group D : 10+2 any stream or equivalent.
SOFT Selection Criteria 2011 :
Group A, B & D : SOFT Entrance Examination.
Group C : SOFT Personal Interview.

SOFT Pune Prospectus / Application Form ( including SOFT Examination Fee ) available for Full Time Programs on cash payment of 1000/- or by D.D. of 1200/-.
The DD should be in favour of “School of Fashion Technology” payable at Pune.

The candidate should read the instruction carefully while filling up the application form.
A candidate depending on her eligibility can choose any of the group:
Group A PG APMM Apparel Production & Merchandising Management
Group B PG FDCT Fashion Design & Clothing Technology
PG CATD Computer Aided Textile Design
Group C UG FAD Fashion Apparel Design
The allotment of a candidate to a program is strictly in order of merit and no relaxation would be made on any consideration.
No negative marking is made during the entrance test.
There is no reservation for any category.
The candidates are advised in their own interests to submit their admission forms complete in all respects. Incomplete forms are liable to be rejected.
Any attempt to influence admission process by way of recommendation will invite disqualification for the candidates.
SOFT does not recommend any coaching class
Vacancies arisen out of the meritorious student not joining the course will be offered to the wait listed candidates.
Application Kit (Hard Copy)
The prospectus and application form can be obtained from the institute either on cash payment of Rs 1000/- in person or by a demand draft of Rs. 1200/- in favor of "School of Fashion Technology" payable at Pune by post.
Application Kit (Soft Copy)
Candidates can download the application form and send it to SOFT along with a demand draft of Rs. 1200/- on or before 31st May 2008.
Fill up all details and paste a passport size photograph on the Application Form.
Send the filled up application form only through Speed Post / Courier / Registered Post. Retain the courier / postal receipt as proof of dispatch.
On the date of entrance examination, take the admit card and report to the examination center at least 30 minutes prior the scheduled time of commencement of the examination.
