Eligibility-:
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
1. Any Bachelor Degree in 10+2+3 pattern
2. A pass in the Entrance Test (DEET) conducted by Anna University Chennai
Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
1. Any Bachelor Degree in 10+2+3 pattern. The Candidate should have studied Core Mathematics either at +2 level or Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Oriented subject as one of the subjects at the Degree level
and
2. A pass in the Entrance Test (DEET) conducted by Anna University Chennai
Master of Science (M.Sc.) Information Technology
1. B.Sc.* (Mathematics / Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering / Electronics)
(or)
B.Sc.* (Physics / Statistics / Chemistry) or B.E.S.* with Mathematics or Computer Science as allied subject
(or)
B.Sc.* Applied Sciences (Computer Technology / Information Technology / Computer Systems Maintenance and Networking)
(or)
B.C.A.* (or) B.E.*/ B.Tech.* (any branch)
and
A pass in the Entrance Test (DEET) conducted by Anna University Chennai
ELIGIBILITY FOR AMIE CANDIDATES-:
Candidates with AMIE or similar qualification awarded by Professional Institutes approved by MHRD are also eligible for admission to MBA/MCA Degree Programme, if they have (i) Two years of experience after obtaining AMIE or similar Degree and (ii) A pass in the Entrance Test (DEET) conducted by the Centre for Distance Education, Anna University Chennai, Chennai - 600 025.
ELIGIBILITY OF TANCET CANDIDATES-:
Those candidates who have appeared for TANCET conducted by Anna University Chennai and have valid TANCET score are also eligible for admission to MBA/MCA Degree Programme offered through Distance Mode either in the Current Academic Year Batch or in the immediate Calendar Year Batch. However, they have to satisfy all other eligibility criteria. They can also appear for the Entrance Test (DEET) and compete with others.

Last Date for receipt of requisition for issue of application form by post: 21.12.2009
Last Date for issue and receipt of completed applications: 31.12.2009
DATE OF ENTRANCE TESTS: 31.01.2010
The Entrance Tests will be conducted at Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, , Trichy and Vellore

Application forms can be obtained in person from the Centre for Distance Education, Anna University Chennai, Chennai – 600 025 on payment of Rs.650/- in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “The Director, Centre for Distance Education, Anna University Chennai” payable at Chennai.
Application forms can also be obtained by post by sending a Demand draft for Rs.700/- drawn in favour of “The Director, Centre for Distance Education, Anna University Chennai” payable at Chennai. Please write your Name, Communication Address and Mobile Number on the reverse of the Demand Draft. The completed application should be sent to “The Director, Centre for Distance Education, Anna University Chennai, Chennai – 600 025”
Blank application form can be downloaded from the web-site “annauniv.edu/cde” and the same may be filled. The completed application along with the demand draft for Rs. 650/- drawn in favour of “The Director, Centre for Distance Education, Anna University Chennai” payable at Chennai., along with a self addressed post card should be sent to “The Director, Centre for Distance Education, Anna University Chennai, Chennai – 600025. Please write your Name, Communication Address, Application Number and Mobile Number on the reverse of the Demand Draf
