Delhi Technological University B.Tech Admissions 2009

DTU is committed to provide update curriculum, attract best of minds for its faculty ensure high academic standards and encourage research and innovation in areas of relevance to industry and society. The University is introducing 4 new B.Tech programmes namely Software Engineering, Engineering Physics, Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Automobile Engineering with the intake of 60 each from the current academic session 2009-10

Out of the total seats 85% seats meant for the candidates belonging to Delhi region shall be filled on the basis of the merit/rank of the Delhi CEE-2009 conducted by Delhi University and 15% seats meant for the candidates belonging to Outside Delhi region shall be filled on the basis of the merit/rank of AIEEE-2009 conducted by the CBSE and declared eligible for counseling.

Admissions will be made from amongst those, who will apply on the prescribed form strictly on the basis of Rank of CEE-2009 for Delhi region seats and AIEEE-2009 for outside Delhi region seats.

The application form can be obtained from the Reception counter, Administrative building, Delhi Technological University, Shahbad Daulatpur, Main Bawana Road, Delhi-110042 in person on all working days from Monday to Friday between 10.00 am to 04.00 pm on submission of a Pay order or crossed DD of Rs. 500/-.

The application form can be downloaded from the DTU website and submitted along with a demand draft of Rs. 500/- on or before the last date for receipt of completed application form.

The DD should be drawn in favour of Registrar, Delhi Technological University payable at Delhi.

Last date for sale of form at DTU counter upto 1.00 p.m.: 13.08.2009

Last date for receipt of completed form at DTU upto 4.00 p.m.: 13.08.2009
