Karunya University, Coimbatore invites application for 4-year B.Tech program. Lateral entry to B.Tech programs offered in aerospace engineering, biomedical engineering, biotechnology, biotechnology (specialization in Bioinformatics), civil engineering, computer science and engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, electronics and communication engineering, electronics and instrumentation engineering, electronics and media technology, food processing and engineering, mechanical engineering and materials engineering for the session 2015.

Eligibility: Candidates should have pass in 10+2 or equivalent examination in the first attempt with 50% marks aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Applicants will be selected on the basis of their performance in all India Karunya Entrance Examination (KEE-2015) and single window counseling conducted by the university.

Karunya University invites applications for admission to Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes, commencing in the session 2014.

Eligibility:

B.Tech: Candidates should have passed 10+2 examination from any of the recognised board of examination.

M.Tech:Candidates should have a B.E / B.Tech degree in relevant discipline from any of the recognised university.

MBA:Candidates should have bachelor's degree in any discipline with 60% of marks from any of the recognised university.

MCA:Candidates should have bachelor's degree in relevant discipline with 55% of marks from any of the recognised university.

M.Sc and M.A:Candidates should have bachelor's degree in relevant discipline with 50% of marks from any of the recognised university.


Selection Procedure:The eligible candidates will be called for attending online test and interview in the University Campus. Based on the marks scored by the candidate in UG degree (50%), online test (25%) and interview (25%), the PG admission will be provisionally made. The admission for PG course will be confirmed after receiving the final marks statement / degree certificate as per the eligibility norms of the University. For MBA programme, the marks scored in national level examinations such as CAT, MAT, XAT & TANCET will also be considered for admission.
