SIES-AIMA PGDM Admissions 2015

This program is a joint venture between SIESCOMS and AIMA and the quality is ensured through final examination conducted by AIMA. The program spans over 4 semesters. While the first two semesters contain general management subjects and subjects from various functional domains, the 3rd semester mainly contains the specialization subjects. The 4th semester contains integrative subjects and an integrated project. Further class-room teachings will be done for 3 days in a week and remaining 3 days will be spent by the students in a corporate environment. This would improve the application orientation of the knowledge gained during the class-room teaching.

This program is being offered in 5 specializations :
* Finance
* Marketing
* Human Resouce
* Information Systems
* Operations

Eligibility Criteria: Candidates with minimum 50% in Graduation (under 10+2+3 scheme) from a recognized University are exempted from the entrance test for admission.
Interested candidates with below 50% in graduation are required to appear in the test (MAT/ CAT/ XAT/ ATMA / any other state level test.) to be eligible for the interview.
There will be no cut off score.

Post Graduate Diploma in Pharmaceutical Management - 2 years full time program exclusively designed for creating managers for pharmaceutical industry.

Post Graduate Diploma in Biotech Management - 2 years full time program exclusively designed for creating managers for biotechnology industry.

Students appearing for the final year examination / awaiting final year results may also apply.
Valid score in any all India approved entrance tests.
GDPI scores at the Institute level.
Institute is not a member of Central Admissions Tests (CAT)

PGDM
Course: Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) (2 year full time course).
Approval: AICTE
Eligibility: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum of 50 percent marks throughout the academic career. The students who are appearing for final year examination/ awaiting final year results can also apply
Admission Process: 1. Aptitude Test
2. Group Discussions
3. Two rounds of personal interviews

Depending upon the response the process will be held in metros other than Mumbai i.e. Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata and Chennai.
Fee Structure: Fee charged will be Rs.1.5 Lakhs/- per year
plus cost of laptop which would be provided by the institute (mandatory).

Admission Guidelines
1) The last date of sale of form : 01.03.08
2) The last date of submission of completed application form : 03.03.08

6) Admission process
Score of any of the all India approved tests
Group discussion / case study analysis : 20 minutes
1st round of interviews : 10 to 15 minutes
IInd round of interviews with problem solving ability : 25 to 30 minutes

7) Final merit list will be based on index comprising :
a. Past academic records
b. Work experience
c. Aptitude test performance
d. Performance in group discussion & both rounds of interviews
e. Qualitative aspects assessed from the application form
