The 4-Year B.A (Hons.) Degree in Culinary Arts awarded by the University of Huddersfield, U.K. is designed to prepare students for careers in restaurants, hotels and commercial kitchens as Chef Managers and as entrepreneurs and Food Service Managers.
The degree is recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)
Eligibility Criteria for the course :
Successful completion of Std. XII (10+2) or equivalent examination in any stream with English as medium of instruction.

Srishti Program in Transcultural Design
Srishti School of Art, Design and Technology 2 Year Advanced Diploma Program in Transcultural Design with L’Ecole de Design, Nantes Atlantique, France
Srishti offers a 2 year Advanced Diploma Program in Transcultural Design in a joint collaboration with L’Ecole de Design, Nantes Atlantique, France. The curriculum for this program has been developed in partnership with L’Ecole de Design and will concentrate on aspects of interaction design, responsible innovation, ethnography and cultural hybridity in design. Starting in October 2010, the program will involve 2 residencies in France, of which one will be an industry internship. Selection to the program will be based on the recommendations of an international jury.
Open to graduates in any design or innovation discipline (or professionals with relevant experience), this program will open up research and professional opportunities in this fast-emerging field- which also looks at responsible innovation, new product and service design, cross-cultural interaction design, research and representation methods and cultural hybridity as possible areas of application.
