* B.Tech (Food Process Engineering)

* B. Tech (Food Process Engineering)

Eligibility:
Pass +2 or equivalent examination with major subjects Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with 55 % marks in each subject for OC, 50 % marks in each subject for OBC & mere pass for SC & ST.

IICPT entrance examination marks.

* M. Tech (Food Process Engineering)

Eligibility:
Should have passed a four year B. E. / B. Tech degree with minimum 70 percent marks in any of the following discipline like Food Process Engineering, Agricultural Process Engineering, Post Harvest Technology and, and Food Science and Technology with proven knowledge in mathematics (compulsory)

* M. Tech (Food Science and Technology)

Eligibility:
Should have passed a 4 year Bachelor’s degree with minimum 70 percent marks in any of the following discipline like Food Technology, Home Science, Food Science and Nutrition, Food Science and Quality Control, Food process Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Food Processing Technology, Post harvest technology

* Ph. D (Food Process Engineering)

Eligibility: Should have passed a four year Bachelor’s and a 2 year Master’s degree with minimum 70 percent marks in any of the following discipline like Food Process Engineering, Agricultural Process Engineering, Post Harvest Technology, and Food Science and Technology with proven knowledge in mathematics (compulsory)


Demand Draft (DD) should be drawn in favour of “Director IICPT” payable at Thanjavur

CSIR-CFTRI M.Sc Food Technology Admissions 2013

Central Food Technological Research Institute-CFTRI 2 years M.Sc. (Food Technology) Degree Course of the University of Mysore for the years 2013-2015

Eligibility : Bachelor Degree in Science with Chemistry/Biochemistry as one of the subjects or Agriculture / Engineering / Technology. Mathematics as one of the subjects in Plus 2 or Pre-University or at Degree level is compulsory for admission.

Minimum Marks Requirement :
(i) 55% in optional subjects of B.Sc. pass course (50% for SC / ST category)
(ii) 50% for B.Sc. (Hons.) course (45% for SC / ST category)
(iii) Minimum second class for Agriculture / Engineering / Technology

Students who meet the eligibility criteria are required to take an entrance / aptitude test which will be held at Mysore on Saturday July 20, 2013

B.Tech (Food Process Engineering

M.Tech. (Food Process Engineering)
Should have passed a four Year B.E.,/B.Tech Degree with 60% marks in any of the following discipline Food Process Engineering, Agricultural Process Engineering, Post Harvest Technology, Food Science & Technology, Chemical Engineering Mechanical Engineering.

Ph.D. (Food Process Engineering)
Should have passed M.E.,/M.Tech degree with 60% marks in any of the following disciplines after completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree Food Process Engineering, Agricultural Process Engineering, Post Harvest Technology, Food Science & Technology, Chemical Engineering Mechanical Engineering.

Interested candidates can obtain the application form in person from the institute by paying Rs.500/- (Rs.250/- in case of SC/ST candidates) by cash/ demand draft drawn in favour of "The Director, IICPT, Thanjavur" or by sending a requisition letter along with a Demand Draft for Rs.550/- (Rs.300/- in case of SC/ST candidates) and an address label written in capital letters to which the application is to be addressed.
