3.Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (PGP REUIM)
4.Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development and Management (PGP IFDM)
5.One Year Post Graduate Programme In Management of Family Owned Construction Business (PGP MFOCB)
6.0ne Year Post Graduate Programme In Contemporary Smart City Development and Management (PGP CSCDM)
7.0ne Year Post Graduate Programme in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management (PGP CISCM)
8.One Year Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Management (PGP HSEM)

HOW TO APPLY : Candidates can apply, pay fees and upload documents online through website direct link or download the application form from website and send duly filled application form along with the application fee and required documents. Programme brochures and application form for all the programmes can be obtained from NICMAR Pune on payment of Rs. 1610/- (Application Fee) + Rs.290/- (GST @ 18%) = Rs. 1900/-for one programme or Rs. 2118/- (Application Fee) + Rs. 382/- (GST @ 18%) = Rs. 2500/-for more than one programme by Demand Draft in favour of “NICMAR, Pune”

The Institute offers ‘NICMAR Top Ranker’s Scholarship’ to 5 top ranking students joining NICMAR. The Institute also offers‘NICMAR Means Based Top Ranker’s Scholarship’ to 5 top ranking students out of 100 highest ranked students in admissions. Besides, the
Institute offers ‘Excalibur Award’ and substantial number of merit scholarships.

Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in engineering in any discipline or architecture with 50% aggregate marks.

4. Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development & Management
(PGP IFDM): Full-time 1st Batch: Offered from Pune Campus
This new multidisciplinary programme aims at in-depth training of engineering professionals for leadership positions in rapidly growing infrastructure sector, infrastructure financing & investment organisations. The programme focuses
on integrated approach to manage infrastructure projects, i.e. structuring,financing, development, execution and management.
Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering in any discipline or architecture with 50% aggregate marks.

5. One Year Post Graduate Programme in Quantity Surveying
(PGP QS): Full-time 8th Batch: Offered from Hyderabad Campus
Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in engineering in any discipline with 50% aggregate marks.

6. One Year Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Management
(PGP HSEM): Full-time 9th Batch: Offered from Hyderabad Campus
Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's degree in engineering in any discipline with 50% aggregate marks.

Prospectus & Application Form for all the courses can be obtained from any office of NICMAR on payment of Rs 1300/- by Demand Draft in favour of "NICMAR, Pune” or download the application form from website and send it along with application fee. An additional amount of Rs. 700 should be paid if you opt for more than one programme. (Final year students can also apply)
