University of Pune Admission to Integrated M.Tech – Ph.D Program in Technology (2011 – 12)
University of Pune invites application for Newly introduced Integrated M.Tech – Ph.D Program and Ph.D program in the Faculty of Technology. These are the Programmes based on interdisciplinary approach involving industry sponsorship. These programmes aim at creating human resource which can meet the expectation of industry and at the same time provide highest level of academic leadership in Science and Engineering.
Eligibility Criteria
(A) M.Tech – Ph.D Programme – A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Master’s degree in Science with minimum 60% marks. Relaxation of 5% marks in case of the candidates belonging to SC/ST Categories.
(B) Ph.D Programme – Master’s Degree in Engineering / Technology with minimum 60% of marks. Relaxation of 5% marks in case of the candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.
Reservation : As per the Govt. of Maharashtra rules. 50% seats are reserved for SC,ST,DTNT, OBC and 3% seats are reserved for physically handicapped students.
The applications should reach Dy. Registrar, Admissions, University of Pune, Pune – 411 007 before 15th July, 2011.

Two years full time residential programme.
A comprehensive management programme focusing on developing expertise in advanced areas of finance and banking in the domain of Corporate Banking, Risk Management, Information Technology and International Finance.
Hands-on experience through Internship at ICICI Bank.
Earn while you learn - Selected applicants will earn every month stipend of Rs.10,000/- on campus and Rs.50,000/- per month at ICICI Bank during Internship.
Placement Guarantee :
Post successful completion of the programmes, selected applicants will be placed at mid-management level at ICICI Bank.
