Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University -PDPU, Gandhinagar, admissions to Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and Master of Technology (M.Tech) programme, commencing in 2014.

Eligibility:
B.Tech: Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination in relevant discipline with 50% (45% for SC/ST) of marks from a recognised board of examination.

M.Tech:Candidates must have passed B.E / B.Tech in relevant discipline with 60% of marks from any of the recognised universities.

Candidates will be selected based on JEE Main 2014 score. 50% of seats are reserved for Gujarat state students.

To Apply : Candidates should apply online through the official website of Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University or submit the application in the prescribed form available in the website by paying Rs. 1,200/-.

Last date for the submission of application form for M.Tech is 26th May 2014.

Last date for the submission of application form for B.Tech is 15th June 2014.

Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University, a UGC recognized University, announces admission for the academic year 2012 - 13. Admission to the B.Tech programs will be based on the All India Rank of AIEEE 2012. PDPU offers B.Tech in Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial and Chemical Engg.

10+2 PCM students seeking admission to PDPU, must :

Apply and appear for AIEEE 2012, being conducted by CBSE, and Apply separately to PDPU as and when announced.

Eligibility :
• should have a minimum academic qualification of 10+2 with 50% marks (for SC/ST 45%) with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry,
• should appear in AIEEE 2011 examination conducted by CBSE on 1st May, 2011.

To Apply :
Candidate should apply on-line on the University Website or submit the application in the prescribed form available through selected branches of Oriental Bank of Commerce across India by paying Rs. 1,200/- upto 31st May, 2011. The print out of the duly filled in application form (ONLINE) must be sent to the Convener, Admission Committee (B. Tech.), Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University, Raisan, Gandhinagar - 382007 (Gujarat) along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 1,200/- (non-refundable process fee) drawn in favour of “Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University” payable at Ahmedabad upto 7th June, 2011.

Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University, the premier University, announces B.Tech admissions for the Academic Year 2011 - 2012 as under :


School of Petroleum Technology
B.Tech in Petroleum Engg.

School of Technology
B.Tech in the following disciplines :

Civil Engg, Electrical Engg., Chemical Engg., Industrial Engg., Mechanical Engg.

Students having Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 10 + 2 or equivalent must :

Appear for AIEEE 2011, to be conducted by CBSE on 1st May, 2011 and
Apply Separately for the PDPU as and when announced.
Admission as per merit in AIEEE 2011 All India Ranking.

Reservation would be as per the Government Norms. The Reservation Category (SC,ST and Physically Challenged (PC) will be considered as mentioned in AIEEE Admit / Score Card. 50% seats will be reserved for Gujarat State Quota based on AIEEE All India Rank.
