CERTIFIED HOSPITALITY TRAINER (CHT) admissions 2009
CERTIFIED HOSPITALITY TRAINER (CHT) PROGRAM OPEN TO
HOSPITALITY ADMINISTRATION/ HOTEL MANAGEMENT GRADUATES
Candidates with B.Sc. Degree in Hospitality & Hotel Administration (Ist Division) from NCHMCT-IGNOU or Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management (Ist Division) from Institutes approved by AICTE and affiliated to a recognized University may apply for enrollment to above program, which will begin from 15th January 2009 at:
*Institute of Hotel Management, Library Avenue, Pusa Complex, New Delhi-110012
*Institute of Hotel Management, CIT Campus, TTTI-Tharamani (PO), Chennai-600113
The program fee is fully funded by Ministry of Tourism, Government of India to create a pool of qualified and trained faculty who can be considered for contractual appointment to faculty positions in Hotel Management Institutes/Food Craft Institutes affiliated with NCHMCT.
Assistanceship up to Rs.4000/- per month to meet the cost of living shall be paid to the candidates who are enrolled to the program.
Interested candidates may download Application form from web site www.nchmct.org and forward the filled application together with attested copies of testimonials and Registration fee of Rs.500/- through Demand Draft drawn in favour of NCHMCT payable at NOIDA so as to reach Director (A&F), NCHMCT at the above given address latest by 2nd January 2009.

In order to recognize and reward the work done in the area of techno-entrepreneurship development through promotion of knowledge driven and technology based start-up ventures by organizations such as Science and Technology Entrepreneur’s Park, Technology Parks, Technology Business Incubators, Innovation Centres, Software Technology Parks etc., the National Science & Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board (NSTEDB), Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, has instituted a National Award for Technology Business Incubators.
Who can apply : Applications are invited from Indian Organizations/Institutions engaged in incubating new businesses and nurturing techno-entrepreneurship by way of providing specialised facilities, infrastructure support and value added business support services in emerging Technological areas.
Award Details: A Cash Prize of Rs. 1 Lakh and a trophy
Eligibility: Organizations in operation for at least three years. (This award is not for an individual).
