The candidates can register through internet by logging on to www.annauniv.edu/ptbe2012. The procedure for registration is available in the Anna University website. The candidates should furnish all the required details while filling up the online application form. The candidate shall take the print out of the filled in applications and send to “The Director, Centre for Admissions, Anna University, Chennai – 25” with required enclosures and a Demand Draft for ` 600/- for General category (` 300/- for SC/SCA/ST candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu).
The Demand Draft Should be drawn in favour of “Director (Admissions), Anna University” payable at Chennai obtained from any nationalised bank on or after 21.10.2012.

Candidates attending counselling should make an initial payment of Rs.5300/- for General (Rs.1150/- for SC/SCA/ST candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu) by DD / Cash at the time of counselling at the bank counter available in the counselling centre for registration. The DD should be drawn in favour of The Director (Admissions), Anna University Chennai, payable at Chennai. The initial payment of Rs.5000/- or Rs.1000/- only will be adjusted towards tuition fee at the time of admission in the respective institutions.
Important Note: More number of candidates will be called for counselling than the available seats anticipating absenteeism.
