Duration : One year, part-time, evening programme: three hours a day, (Monday to Friday)
Eligibility : A Bachelor's degree, in any discipline, of a minimum of three years duration or its equivalent from a recognised university. Preference will be given to those with work experience in clinical, social and developmental settings. Also, all NGO personnel involved in direct work with people in fields, such as health, mental health and education, and corporate sector personnel.
Course details : It aims to develop a greater awareness of the "self" as a tool for change in the counselling process and build personal qualities for growth and professional developments as necessary requisites for effective counselling.
Focus of the course: To systematically understand the purpose, scope, types, theories and approaches to counselling with a focus on their relevance to practice and to develop competencies to plan and engage in relevant interventions for effective counselling.

b) Year of Qualifying for Diploma: Candidates who have obtained the Diploma in the relevant filed before 01.01.2008 are eligible.
c) Employment: Shall have been employed for at least one year after passing the entire subject in Diploma.
d) Place of Work: Candidates should be working in a place within a distance of 65 km from the University so as to enable him / her to attend the classes regularly by 6.15 p.m.

Post Graduate Professional Program in Relationship Management (PGPPRM) is an eight months part time (300 hours weekend) course designed specially keeping in mind the current requirement of the financial service sector.
