The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) has begun the online registration process for admission to various postgraduate management (MBA) courses for the academic session 2021-22.

IITs will be considering the score of the Common Admission Test (CAT 2021) for shortlisting the candidates for their 2 years full-time MBA programme.

Though the IITs admit the candidates on the basis of the CAT score, each of them works independently and have their own selection process comprising the group discussion (GD) and the personal interview (PI). Though the selection process for IIT MBA admission is on similar lines as that of the IIMs, however, the IITs function independently in this regard.

The IITs which offer the two years regular MBA programmes and admit the candidates on the basis of the CAT score are:

The NTA has released CMAT 2021 Exam Dates, along with the full schedule, The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is tentatively to be conducted on February 27 or 28, 2021 for the management aspirants willing to pursue programs such as PGDM and MBA from B-schools in India. The registration process starts in the first week of November and ends in December 2020, the same Saturday, The CMAT test will take place in January 2021, the last week. Final year Graduation students for 10+2+3 are also eligible to apply for CMAT 2021 but they will have to present a passing certificate at the time of admission. 

The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is a National Level Entrance Examination for admission to management programs in the country. This Test facilitates AICTE affiliated/ Participating Institutions to select suitable graduate candidates for admission to the Management Courses in such Institutions. Until 2018, CMAT was carried out by AICTE, now the test is carried out by the National Testing Authority (NTA) established by the Government of India. Every year, more than 70,000 candidates apply for CMAT. Last year, 74486 candidates applied for the CMAT test. CMAT provides a rare opportunity for all test runners, as none of them is disqualified in their performance.

The CMAT 2021 exam registration process began on 23 December 2020 and the last submission date for CMAT 2021 is 22 January 2021

NIT Warangal MBA Admissions 2015

National Institute of Technology (NIT), Warangal Master of Business Administration (MBA) admissions 2015.

Eligibility Criteria:
The applying candidates must have a bachelor's degree, with first class having not less than 60 percentage aggregate marks/CGPA of 6.5 on 10 point scale for open/OBC candidates and aggregate marks not less than 55 percentage/ 6.0 CGPA on 10 point scale for SC/ST candidates, in any branch of Engineering/Technology with a valid CAT/MAT score.

Selection Procedure:
The selection of the candidates would be done on the basis of their CAT/MAT score and also on the basis of their performance in the group discussion and personal interview.

How to Apply:
The interested and eligible candidates may apply by sending the application forms in a prescribed format as mentioned on the official website along with photocopies of all the necessary certificates and an application fee in form of a demand draft for Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 500/- for SC/ST candidates) drawn in favor of Director, NIT Warangal, payable at S.B.H, NIT Warangal branch (code no. 20149) or any other nationalized bank payable at Warangal, in an envelope super-scribed as "Application for Admission into MBA-2015" to The Associate Dean(Admissions), Academic Section, National Institute of Technology, Warangal - 506 004, Telangana by speed post/ registered post.

Important Dates:
The last date for submission of application forms is Monday, February 02, 2015.
The list of short-listed candidates would be announced by Friday, February 20, 2015.
The Group Discussion and Interview would be conducted from Friday, March 20, 2015 to Saturday, March 21, 2015.
