Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani invites application for admission to Master of Business Administration (MBA) program commencing in the session 2013-14.
Management education at BITS, Pilani brings a cutting edge thinking and best learning practices to its agship MBA program through three semesters of rigorous classroom training coupled with provision for 6 months exposure to industry through structured and evaluative internship (Practice School) making this programme one of its kind.
Eligibility : Any Integrated first degree of BITS or B.E./B.Tech in Engineering disciplines from other recognized universities with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.
Admissions to MBA programme of BITS, Pilani, at its Pilani campus, for the I Semester 2013-14 will be made on the basis of CAT 2012 and group discussion and interview(s) of candidates. Candidates may be shortlisted based on their CAT scores. Such shortlisted candidates will have to appear for Group Discussion and Interview to be held in Pilani during April/May 2013. Other centers for Test/Interviews may also be notified.

Cultural Talent Search Scholarship Scheme 2013
The Cultural Talent Search Scholarship Scheme aims at providing facilities to outstanding young children to develop their talents in various artistic fields. Children in the age group of 10 to 14 years studying either in recognized schools or belonging to families practicing traditional art forms are eligible for the scholarship.
The scholarship awarded under the scheme is for two years at a time which is renewable after every two years till the completion of the first university degree stage of education or up to the age of 20 years
Scholarship: 520 scholarships are awarded every year, of which 20 are being reserved for Specially Challenged children
The value of Scholarship is Rs 3600/- (Rs three thousand six hundred) per year and actual tuition fee paid for the specialized training is also reimbursed up to Rs 9000/- (Rs nine thousand) per year
Age: Children whose date of birth is in between 01st July, 1999 and 30th June, 2003 (both days inclusive) are eligible to apply for the award of scholarships for the year 2013-14

IIM Kozhikode FPM Admissions 2013
IIM Kozhikode invites application for admission to Doctoral programme Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) commencing in the session 2013.
The applications are invited for the following areas of specialization:
* Economics
* Finance Accounting & Control
* Information Technology & Systems
* Marketing
* Organizational Behaviour & Human Resources
* Quantitative Methods & Operations Management
* Strategic Management
Eligibility:
1. Candidates should have a Post-Graduate degree or equivalent in any discipline (including M.A, M.Sc, M.Com, MBA, MCA, M.Tech., etc) with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
2. Professional qualifications of CA, ICWA and CS with at least 50% marks or equivalent.
3. Professional qualifications such as MBBS and LLB with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
4. Engineering degrees, viz., B.Tech., BE, etc. with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Candidates will be selected based on CAT /GMAT/ GATE 2012 score card, group discussion and personal interview.
To Apply: Candidates are required to apply online. They can apply to a maximum of two areas of specialization. In addition, they will have to download a form for referee recommendation. These forms will have to be completed by two referees and attached with the print out of the completed application form.
An application fee of Rs.500/- is required. Please note that details of the demand draft are required to be entered in the Online Form. Hence, the demand draft needs to be procured before the online form can be submitted.
After applying online, a print out of the application along with the crossed demand draft (of Rs.500 payable to Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode at Kozhikode), attested copies of graduation and post graduation mark sheets and certificates, attested copy of the Qualifying Examination score card and Referee Recommendations (in the prescribed formats only) are to be sent to FPM Office, IIM Kozhikode, IIMK Campus PO, Calicut – 673570, Kerala. Attestation is to be done by a gazetted officer. Online application and physical applications received by their due dates would only be considered for further selection processes.
