All admissions to the various MBA programs will be governed by the ordinances of the Dept. of Business Administration as well as the Institute if Management Sciences depending on where that particular program is being conducted


A candidate will be eligible for Admission to the MBA programs if he/she has completed graduation in any stream with 10+2+3 system from any University recognized by UGC


The candidate should also have secured a minimum 50% of marks at graduate level. However, for SC/ST candidates minimum pass percentage of marks at graduate level will be 45%


University reserves the right to cancel any admission at any stage. In case of any matter relating to the MBA Admissions, the decision of the Vice-Chancellor/Admission Committee, University of Lucknow shall be final and binding

Selection Procedure

The candidates for admission to the MBA programmes shall be shortlisted on the basis of their performance in CAT 2017. This would be followed by a personal interview for all shortlisted candidates


The written component of CAT 2017 will account for a merit score of 80 while the interview will account for a merit score of 20. The overall merit would be calculated out of a final merit score of 100

IIM Indore Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management-EPGP commencing in September 2012

The EPGP is an intensive one year residential programme exemplifying the academic rigour and progressive thinking at IIM, Indore. Specifically designed to enhance skills, knowledge, capabilities and perceptions essential for senior management positions, the EPGP combines skill building with exploration of good management practices. The exposure to critical new perspectives, theories and approaches in management lends focus to leading in turbulent times. The programme electives provide opportunities to specialize in Strategy, Leadership and International Business in addition to the functional areas.

Eligibility :
The Candidate must have
i) A Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in any discipline.
ii) A valid CAT /GMAT score
iii) Minimum 5 years of managerial/ entrepreneurial/ professional experience after graduation.

The programme is open to all nationalities.

To Apply:
Candidates seeking admission to the one-year EPGP programme of IIM-Indore (2012-13 batch) either have to appear in the Common Admission Test (CAT 2011) or submit their GMAT score. The GMAT score should have been obtained between Jan 1, 2009 and March 31, 2012. They will have to send in a separate application form which can be downloaded from our website www.iimidr.ac.in.

The completed application form along with the processing fee should reach IIM Indore on or before 20th April, 2012. The application processing fee is Rs. 3500/- for resident Indians and U.S. $ 110/- for other nationals and non-resident Indians. Please enclose a D/D for the application-processing fee drawn in favour of IIM Indore payable at Indore along with the application.

Candidates applying through CAT 2011 have to mention their CAT Application Form number in the EPGP Application form. Candidates applying through GMAT have to submit their GMAT score along with the EPGP Application form.
