GITAM Science Admission Test-GSAT 2013
GITAM University invites application for GITAM Science Admission Test (GSAT 2013) for admission to Undergraduate and Postgraduate Science Programmes commencing in the session 2013-14.
The UG & PG Science programmes are offered by eight departments of the Institute of Science located in Visakhapatnam Campus. The course curricula of the programmes are carefully designed to impart wide knowledge in the respective areas of specializations, suitable for placements in reputed organizations and for higher studies within and out side the country.

• Applications can be downloaded from GITAM website www.gitam.edu
• Applications can be obtained by post, from Principal, GITAM Institute of Science by sending a request on plain paper giving the candidate’s name with complete mailing address, accompanied by DD for Rs.350/- drawn in favour of GITAM University payable at Visakhapatnam on any scheduled bank. Request by post will be accepted till 03rd April 2013.
• Candidates appearing for more than one test need to submit separate application along with the prescribed fee of Rs.300/- for each test. Filled in applications along with attested copies of the following certificates and the prescribed fee of
Rs.300/- should reach the Principal, GITAM Institute of Science, GITAM UNIVERSITY, Rushikonda, Visakhapatnam-530 045, A.P., India on or before 20.04.2013
Important Dates:
Last date for the submission of application form is April 20, 2013.
GSAT 2013 Will be held on: May 10, 2013.

GAT – 2009 GITAM University Online Test
GAT – 2009 - A Computer Based Online Test
Programs & Eligibility-:
1) B.Tech Programs : The candidate should have passed (10+2)/12th examination of recognized Board in 2009 or 2008 (but not earlier) with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.
2) B.Tech. Biotechnology & B. Pharmacy: The candidates with Biology are also eligible.
3) UGM (Undergraduate Management) Programs: Pass in 10+2 Examination with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade.
4) POT (Postgraduate Technology) Programs: A minimum of 50% marks in qualifying examination.
5) PGM (Postgraduate Management) Programs: A minimum of 50% marks in any Bachelor’s Degree.
6) MCA (Master of Computer Applications): Pass in any Degree with 50% marks and Mathematics at +2 or Degree or equivalent.

Candidates can apply choosing one of the following methods :

2) Applications are also available throughout India at selected branches of Union Bank of India and Indian Banks from 29-12-2008.
