TANCET 2009 On May 30 and 31
The Anna University (Chennai) will conduct the TANCET 2009 of the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) on May 30 and 31. It is mandatory for students aspiring to join MBA, MCA, ME, MTech, M.Arch and MPlan postgraduate degree courses to appear for the TANCET.
The TANCET will be conducted in various centres in Chennai, Coimmbatore, Erode, Karaikudi, Tirunelveli, Vellore, Chidambaram, Salem, Thanjavur, Villupuram, Virudhunagar, Nagercoil, Madurai and Karaikudi. A notification regarding the TANCET will be issued soon.

Candidates should have a minimum CGPA of 6.75 (or 60% marks) for General, 6.25 (or 55% marks) for SC/ST, 5.75 (or 50% marks) for physically handicapped (PH) candidates on a 10 point scale in the qualifying examination and also have valid GATE/NET qualification. Percentage of marks or CGPA shall be calculated taking the aggregate scored by the candidate in all years or as per the norms of the concerned university/Institute. 5% of total number of seats are available for officially sponsored candidates from the Govt. Department /P.S.U./R&D organisation with minimum of 2 years experience. Valid GATE/NET score is essential qualification for all disciplines (including M.B.A.) except for the following category of candidates:- (i) Candidates holding B.V.Sc. /M.B.B.S./B.A.M.S. degree; (ii) Foreign nationals; (iii) NRI and their wards category (in case of M.B.A (Pharm.) only; (iv) Sponsored candidates from Public/Private Sector undertakings, Govt. Departments and Research and Development Organizations.
General Instructions:
1. Details of eligibility, qualifications, availability of programmes, admission procedure and other relevant information are available in the Information Brochure and also on our website www.niper.gov.in/niperjee2009.html. Reservation of seats for SC/ST/OBC/PH and Kashmiri Migrants candidates will be as per Government of India norms.
2. Candidates appearing for final qualifying examinations can also apply but they must produce final result on the day of Counselling/Interview/GD failing which their candidature shall be rejected.
3. Information Brochure containing Application form can be obtained in person or by post from the office of the Organizing Chairperson, NIPER-JEE 2009 on submission of non refundable Bank Draft of Rs. 1000/-(Rs.500/- for SC/ST) payable at S.A.S. Nagar (Mohali)/Chandigarh in favour of “NIPER-JEE 2009” along with two duly typed self-addressed Slips with name (10 cms X 6 cms). Indian nationals residing abroad and foreign nationals have to remit US$100 by bank draft payable to “NIPER-JEE 2009”. Payment by cheque/postal order will not be accepted. Candidates desirous of obtaining information brochure by post should clearly mention the name of the programme in the application and on the top of the envelope carrying the request letter.
4. The candidates will have to make their own arrangement for travel and boarding for attending test/GD/Interview/Counselling.
5. Completed applications on the prescribed OMR form should be sent to Organising Chairperson, NIPER-JEE 2009, National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, (NIPER), Sector 67, S.A.S.Nagar (Mohali), Punjab, 160062, (through speed post/registered post) so as to reach him on or before 27th April 2009. The Institute will not be responsible for any loss or postal delay. Applications received after the due date will not be considered. No correspondence/ inquiry in this regard will be entertained. The Institute shall not be held responsible for misplacement of any loose sheet. Therefore, all the applicants are required to submit the application form properly tied together. The attested copy of valid NET/GATE score card only shall be sent with the application form.
6. A common written test for all disciplines of the Masters programme will be held on Sunday, the 14th June, 2009 at Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Patna, Pune and Trivandrum. The centres may be altered if sufficient numbers of candidates do not register for a particular centre.

Orissa JEE 2009 on May 24, 2009
The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) for the year 2009 -2010, Orissa shall be held on Sunday, May 24, 2009 at selected centres for admission to the first year Degree courses in Engineering/ Technology, MBBS/BDS, Pharmacy, MCA, MBA and to the Lateral Entry of State candidates to third semester of degree courses in engineering/Technology and Pharmacy.
ELIGIBILITY
(A) For admission to First Year Bachelor programme in
(i) Engineering/Technology Pass or appearing in 10+2 examination of CHSE, Orissa or equivalent with Physics, Mathematics, and one from Chemistry/ Computer Science/Biology/ Biotechnology or pass in 10+3 diploma course in engineering including those having less than 60% marks in aggregate from SCTE&T, Orissa orequivalent.
(ii) Pharmacy Pass or appearing in 10+2 examination of CHSE, Orissa or equivalent with Physics and Chemistry and one from Mathematics/Biotechnology/Computer Science /Biology or pass in 10+3 diploma course in Pharmacy including those having less than 60% marks in aggregate from SCTE&T, Orissa or equivalent.
(iii) MBBS/BDS Pass or appearing in 10+2 examination of CHSE, Orissa or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50% marks in aggregate in these subjects taken together (40% for SC/ST) with age between 17 and 25 years as on 31.12.2009 (relaxable up to 3 years for SC/ST candidates).
(B) For admission to First Year Master programme in
(i) Computer Application (MCA) Pass or appearing in 2009 three years Bachelor's Degree examination in any discipline with pass in Mathematics at 10+2 level
(ii) Business Administration (MBA) Pass or appearing in 2009 three years Bachelor's Degree examination in any discipline from a UGC recognized University
(C) For admission to Second Year Engineering/Technology and Pharmacy under Lateral Entry
Pass or appearing in 3 years diploma course in Engineering and Pharmacy with a minimum 60% marks in aggregate from SCTE&VT, Orissa or equivalent
(D) For admission to Second Year Engineering/Technology under Lateral Entry
Pass or appearing in 2009, for the Bachelor's Degree examination of three years duration in Science from any University of Orissa or equivalent recognised by UGC and have passed with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate(First Division) with Mathematics at +3 level
(E) For admission to Second Year Pharmacy under Lateral Entry
Pass or appearing in 2009, for the Bachelor's Degree examination of three years duration in Science from any University of Orissa or equivalent recognised by UGC and have passed with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate ( First Division) with Biology at +3 level.
The ratio of distribution of seats under lateral entryfor Diploma : B. Sc. is 80:20
Note: Candidates are to produce their complete result alongwith original marksheet of qualifying examination at the time of counselling for admission
RESERVATION
The percentage of seats to be reserved for different categories is subject to change and the decision of the State Government as on the date of admission will be applicable.
OUTSIDE STATE CANDIDATE
Outside State candidates are not eligible for admission in Govt. Colleges but they are eligible for admission to Privates Colleges except private Medical Colleges in MBBS courses.

ELIGIBILITY
(A) For admission to First Year Bachelor programme in
(i) Engineering/Technology Pass or appearing in 10+2 examination of CHSE, Orissa or equivalent with Physics, Mathematics, and one from Chemistry/ Computer Science/Biology/ Biotechnology or pass in 10+3 diploma course in engineering including those having less than 60% marks in aggregate from SCTE&T, Orissa orequivalent.
(ii) Pharmacy Pass or appearing in 10+2 examination of CHSE, Orissa or equivalent with Physics and Chemistry and one from Mathematics/Biotechnology/Computer Science /Biology or pass in 10+3 diploma course in Pharmacy including those having less than 60% marks in aggregate from SCTE&T, Orissa or equivalent.

MHT-CET-2009 Application Process
Government of Maharashtra shall conduct a single Combined "Common Entrance Test” MHT-CET-2009 for all Health Sciences, Engineering and Pharmacy degree courses for the academic year 2009-2010. The Entrance Test will be held on Thursday, 7th May 2009. Govt of Maharashtra has appointed Director, Medical Education and Research, Mumbai as “The Competent Authority for the MHT-CET-2009”. The merit list of the above said examination will be utilized for admission in:
(1) Government/Municipal Corp/ Government Aided Colleges of Health Sciences degree courses.
(2) Government/Government Aided/University Managed Colleges/University Departments/ Autonomous Institutions/ Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai (U.I.C.T.) and Unaided Private Colleges (those colleges who have given consent to participate in MHT-CET-2009) of Engineering & Pharmacy degree courses.
(3) BVSc & AH degree course.
For selection process there will be separate Competent Authorities. For selection to Health Science degree courses, The Director, Medical Education and Research (DMER), Mumbai is the Competent Education (DTE), Mumbai will be the competent authority. The authority for selection to BVSc & AH degree course is The Registrar, Maharashtra Animal and Fisheries Science University, Nagpur.
The qualifying examination for appearing at MHT-CET-2009 is HSC (12th standard) or equivalent examination with the conditions for eligibility as defined in the respective brochure(s). Candidates should give their requirement of application form on or before 25/02/2009, to their college/school where they are studying 12th Standard. Those candidates who have passed their qualifying examination i.e. 12th standard examination earlier i.e. in 2008 or before and desire to appear for the MHT-CET 2009 should also give their requirement on or before 25/02/2009 to their respective college/school (from where they have passed the 12th standard).
A single application form and three brochures (Health Sciences, Engineering and Pharmacy) will be made available from 13/03/2009. The schedule and place of receiving and submission of application form is as per following:

The cost of the application form along with the three information brochures of MHT-CET-2009 and examination fee is Rs. 700/- for open category and all outside Maharashtra candidates and Rs. 500/- for constitutionally reserved category candidates (belonging to Maharashtra state only). This amount is not refundable.
All candidates who for any reason whatsoever are not able to receive application forms through the school/Jr college should collect it from office of Divisional authority of his/her area by giving a DD in favour of “Competent-Authority, MH-CET, Mumbai” payable at Mumbai worth Rs. 700/- for open category and all outside Maharashtra candidates and Rs. 500/- for constitutionally reserved category candidates (belonging to Maharashtra state only) on any nationalized/scheduled commercial bank, but he/she has to submit it through his/her school/junior college (from where he/she studied 12th std.)

Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) invites applications, in prescribed form, from Indian Nationals, for its 14th All India Entrance Examination for Admission (AIEEA-PG-2009) to 100% seats at ICAR-DUs (IARI, IVRI, CIFE, NDRI) and 25% seats at all the State Agricultural Universities, AAIDU,Allahabad, CAU, Imphal, Central Universities with agricultural faculty namely, BHU, AMU,Visva Bharati and Nagaland University, for Master’s degree programmes in the field of Agriculture,Horticulture, Forestry, Agri. Eligibility Criteria:
Age: Not less than 19 years as on 31st August 2009.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (or appearing in final year examination), in the field of Agriculture, Veterinary, Agricultural Engineering, Fisheries, Horticulture, Home Science, Sericulture, Dairy Technology, Dairy Engineering, Forestry, Agri. Marketing Banking and Cooperation, Food Science & Technology, Biotechnology, Process & Food Engineering, Computer Science, Basic and allied sciences under 10+2+5 or 10+2+4 (most seats) or 10+2+3 (only few seats) with 60% marks or OGPA 6.60/ 10.00 or 3.25/5.00 or 2.60/4.00 for General, OBC and UPS categories and 55% marks or OGPA 5.50/ 10.00 or 2.75/5.00 or 2.20/4.00 for SC, ST and Physically Handicapped(PH) categories. For admission in the subject of Veterinary Sciences, candidates must have completed B.V.Sc.&A.H. with Internship before the date of registration in the University or August 31, 2009 whichever is earlier. It may be noted that the candidate has to fulfill the eligibility criteria of the admitting University for the admission at the time of counseling. (Candidates appearing in the final year examination of Bachelor degree will have to submit certificates/provisional mark sheets signed by the Registrar of the University of their having completing the degree in all respects on the date of counseling or else they will be summarily disqualified).
Reservation: As per Govt. of India directives. 15% seats in all subjects will be reserved for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), 7.5% for Scheduled Tribes (ST), 3% for Physically Handicapped(PH), and 2% for candidates from Under-Privileged States (UPS). Reservation for OBC in four Central Universities (NDRI, CAU, BHU and Viswa Bharati) will be as per Government of India directives/ University rules.
ICAR-JRF(PGS): Based on the merit in the AIEEA-PG-2009 examination, about 475 ICAR-Junior Research Fellowships for postgraduate studies (ICAR-JRF(PGS)) in 20 major subject groups can be availed for two years in Agricultural Universities (AUs) comprising State Agricultural Universities, AAI-DU, ICAR-DUs, CAU and CUs with agriculture faculty, provided their Bachelor degree is not from the same AU (except NDRI Karnal). The current rates of fellowship are Rs. 12000/- pm for Veterinary Sciences and Rs. 8640/- pm for other disciplines besides contingent grant of Rs. 6000/- per annum in each case. Candidates, currently studying for their Master’s degree in 1st year, can also appear in AIEEA-PG-2009 examination for securing ICAR-JRF(PGS). However, if a ICAR-JRF(PGS) holder seeks fresh admission, entire amount of fellowship received by him shall have to be refunded with interest.
Duration of Course: Two Academic years for 10+2+4 students. Students from Basic sciences with 10+2+3 programme can also apply for some subjects/locations but course duration in such cases is three years.

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University CET 2009
Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) start the admission procedure for its 2009-10 academic session. The Admission Brochures-cum-Application Forms will be on sale from February 11, 2009.
The University has devised four brochures this year, for making admissions to its various undergraduate and postgraduate academic programmes: Admission Brochure - I (Professional Programmes); Admission Brochure - II (Engineering & B.Arch. Programmes); Admission Brochure - III (MBBS Programme), and Admission Brochure - IV (PG Medical programmes).
Admission to about 50 academic programmes will be made through 27 Common Entrance Test (CET) this year, for almost 14,810 seats.
The University is in the process of starting several new courses this year, prominent among those are Master of Journalism & Mass Communication (weekend), M.Tech. (Mathematics & Computing) and M.Tech. (Digital Wireless Communication).
The new programmes included by the University for the CET in 2009 are: M.Sc. (Biodiversity & Conservation), Master of Education, Bachelor of Prosthetics & Orthotics, B.Tech (Tool Engineering) and B.Tech (Environmental Engineering). GGSIPU is planning to conduct the CETs for four of its most sought-after courses MBA, MBBS, B.Tech. and MCA, at 10 cities across India, including Delhi, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Bhopal, Noida, Jalandhar and Nagpur, in comparison to eight cities last year. The new city centres added this year are Bangalore and Nagpur. For rest of the courses, the entrance exams will be held only in Delhi.

A candidate must appear for the Common Entrance Test conducted by the Karnataka Examinations Authority, for PCB subjects in case of admission to Medical / Dental / Ayurveda / Homoeopathy / Unani / Naturopathy & Yoga courses and PCM subjects in case of admission to Engineering / Technology courses. For admission to Architecture course the candidate must appear for NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) conducted by the Council of Architecture. The merit will be determined in accordance with the provision of the “Karnataka Selection of Candidates for Admission to Government Seats in Professional Educational Institutions Rules, 2006”.
Academic Eligibility:
(a) For Medical / Dental courses, the applicant should have passed Karnataka 2 PUC / 12 std. or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects and with English as one of the languages of study and have obtained a minimum of 50% of marks in aggregate in the PCB group and should secure a minimum of 50% of marks in aggregate in PCB subjects in the Common Entrance Test. In case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (Category-1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B), the minimum marks for the purpose of eligibility will be 40% of marks in aggregate in PCB group both in Qualifying Examination and Common Entrance Test.
For Ayurveda / Homoeopathy / Unani / Naturopathy & Yoga courses, the applicant should have passed Karnataka 2nd PUC/ 12 std. or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects and with English as one of the languages of study and have obtained a minimum of 50% of marks in aggregate in PCB group irrespective of marks obtained in the Common Entrance Test. In case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (Category-1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B), the minimum marks for the purpose of eligibility will be 40% of marks in aggregate in PCB group in the qualifying examination.
For admission to Medical / Dental / Ayurveda / Homoeopathy / Unani / Naturopathy & Yoga courses, the candidate should have completed the age of 17 years as on 31 of December 2009
(c) For Engineering / Technology courses, the applicant should have passed Karnataka 2 PUC / 12 Std. or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Computer Science / Electronics / Biology as optional subjects with English as one of the languages of study and obtained a minimum of 45% of marks in aggregate in the optional subjects, irrespective of marks obtained in the Common Entrance Test.
In case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (Category-1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B), the minimum marks for the purpose of eligibility will be 40% of marks in aggregate in the optional subjects in the qualifying examination.
(d) For Architecture course, the applicant should have passed Karnataka 2 PUC / 12 Std. or equivalent examination with Mathematics as a compulsory optional subject and obtained a minimum of 50% of marks in aggregate in all the subjects in the qualifying examination (45% of marks in case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (Category-1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B)] and should compulsorily appear for NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) and get a minimum of 40% in it. (Including Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes)
IMPORTANT NOTE:
1. A candidate who had obtained a seat in any discipline through the KEA (CET Cell) in any of the previous years will not be eligible to appear for the Common Entrance Test-2009 for selection of a seat in the same discipline.
Such candidate will immediately forfeit the seat selected by him during the previous years, upon selection of a seat in a different discipline during the year.
2. The merit list of candidates for admission to Medical and Dental courses will be determined only on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in PCB subjects, taken together, in the Common Entrance Test. For Ayurveda / Homoeopathy / Unani / Naturopathy & Yoga / Engineering / Technology courses, the merit list will be
determined on the basis of marks obtained in the respective optional subjects, in both qualifying examination and the Common Entrance Test taken in equal proportions. For Architecture course, the Merit list will be determined on the basis of marks obtained in both qualifying examination and NATA taken in equal proportions.
SUPPLY OF BROCHURE CUM APPLICATION FORM:
Brochure cum application form will be supplied through the schools / colleges located within the State of Karnataka in which the students are studying 2 PUC or 12 standard examination upon submission of Demand Draft for Rs. 550/- to the Principals in advance, drawn in favour of “The Executive Director, Karnataka Examinations Authority, Bangalore”, payable at Bangalore and Rs. 400/- for students belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Category-1. The repeater and ex-students who have passed the qualifying examination within the State of Karnataka before 2009 should also submit the demand draft for the above said amount to the respective schools / colleges. The Last date for submission of Demand Draft to the Principal of Schools and Colleges within Karnataka will be 10-02-2009.
The Karnataka candidates residing outside Karnataka (i.e., Horanadu, Gadinadu and other Karnataka candidates) who are studying or who have studied 12 standard or equivalent examination outside the State of Karnataka, within the territory of India, can procure the brochure cum application form by “SPEED POST”, by sending a self-addressed
cloth-lined envelope of size 25 cm X 30 cm along with a Demand Draft for Rs. 650/- drawn in favour of “The Executive Director, Karnataka Examinations Authority, Bangalore”, payable at Bangalore and a Karnataka candidate residing outside India can get the brochure cum application form by sending a demand draft for Rs. 3000/-.
The contents on the self-addressed envelope should be in English or Kannada language only. IMPORTANT NOTE: (for candidates of all categories) Only those candidates who have passed the qualifying examinations in 2007 or thereafter (including those who are appearing in 2009) are eligible to apply. RESERVATION/CONCESSION

1. Applications are invited for the Entrance Examinations for admission to the following Degree Courses in various Professional Colleges in the State for 2009-2010.

There is separate Entrance Examinations for admission to Engineering and Medical
Courses conducted by the CEE and the allotment will be based on the rank in these
Entrance Examinations. The CEE will not conduct any Entrance Examination for admission to B.Arch. course. However, candidates seeking admission to B.Arch. course should compulsorily appear and qualify the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the National Institute of Advanced Studies in Architecture (NIASA).
2. Eligibility for Admission:
(A) Nativity:
(i) Applicant should be an Indian citizen. Persons of Indian Origin (PIO)/Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders will be treated on par with Indian citizens for the limited purpose of admission.
(ii) Both Keralites and Non-Keralites are eligible to apply for the Entrance Examination.
Applicants of Kerala origin will be categorized as ‘Keralites’. Others will be categorized as ‘Non-Keralites’.
(iii) A candidate will be considered as a ’Keralite’, for the limited purpose of eligibility for admission, if (a) he/she or his/her father/mother was born in Kerala OR (b) he/she has been a resident of Kerala for a period of 5 years within a period of 12 years OR (c) he/she has undergone his/her school studies from Standards VIII to XII in educational institution(s) in Kerala. The candidate should obtain relevant certificates in the application form as prescribed in the Prospectus to avail such benefit.
(iv) Candidates who are children of All India Service (AIS) officers allotted to Kerala cadre, claiming Keralite Status, should produce a certificate from the competent authority showing that the parent of the candidate is an AIS officer allotted to Kerala cadre.
(v) Non-Keralites are classified as ‘Non-Keralite Category-I’ and ‘Non-Keralite Category-II’.
(vi) ‘Non-Keralite Category-I’ candidates are those who have undergone the qualifying course in Kerala, and who are the sons/daughters of Employees of the Government of India, or, employees who are serving in connection with the affairs of the Government of Kerala, subject to the condition that, all categories of the employees mentioned above should have served in Kerala for a minimum period of 2 years, or, have served in connection with the affairs of the Government of Kerala for a minimum period of 2 years. Such candidates will be eligible for admission to the Government seats under ‘State Merit’ only, for all the courses, which are filled on the basis of the rank in the Entrance Examination(s) or the rank list prepared by giving equal weightage to the marks in NATA and qualifying examination, as
applicable.
(vii) Candidates who do not belong to the ‘Keralite’ or ‘Non-Keralite Category-I’ will be treated as ‘Non-Keralite Category-II'. They are eligible for admission ONLY to the ‘State Merit’ seats in the Private Self-financing Engineering Colleges in the State and in the Management Quota seats in Self-financing Engineering institutions sponsored by Government. Non-Keralite candidates will not be considered for admission against reserved seats.
(B) Academic Qualification :
(i) Medical/Agriculture/Veterinary Courses : Candidates should have passed the Higher
Secondary Examination or examination recognized as equivalent thereto, with 50% marks in Biology, and 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology put together. Those who wish to take admission to MBBS/BDS courses should acquire 50% marks in the Medical Entrance Examination (As per the guidelines issued by Medical Council of India).
Candidates seeking admission to BVSc. & AH course under the Kerala Agricultural University, in addition to the qualification prescribed above, should have passed the qualifying examination with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English put together (as per the regulation of Veterinary Council of India).
(ii) Eligibility of BSc. Degree holders: Those who apply based on their BSc. Degree, for admission to MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BSMS Courses, should have obtained their BSc. Degree with one of the subjects, Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Bio-Chemistry as Main, and any one or two of these subjects as subsidiaries, with 50% marks for Main and Subsidiaries taken together, provided they have passed the Higher Secondary or equivalent examination, with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects.
(iii) Engineering Courses: Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala or examinations recognized as equivalent thereto, with 50% marks in Mathematics separately, and 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/Bio-technology/ Computer Science/Biology put together are eligible for admission. Candidates having Three year Diploma in Engineering awarded by the Board of Technical Examinations, Kerala or equivalent, having 50% marks in the final Diploma examination, are also eligible for admission. However, these Diploma holders are not eligible for admission to the Engineering courses offered by Kerala Agricultural University.
(iv) Architecture Course : Candidates who have passed 10+2 Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination or examinations recognized as equivalent thereto, with
Mathematics as a subject of examination, with 50% marks in aggregate / Candidates who
have passed 10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognised by Central/State Governments with 50% aggregate marks / Candidates with International Baccalaureate Diploma, after 10 years of schooling, with not less than 50% marks in aggregate and with Mathematics as compulsory subject of examination are eligible to apply. In addition, candidates will have to score 40% marks (80 marks out of 200) in the NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture). Reserved category (SC/ST/SEBC) candidates should also have obtained 40% marks in NATA, as per guidelines of Council of Architecture. (For details, visit www.nata.in).
(C) Relaxation in marks in the Qualifying Examination : For all courses, a relaxation of 5% marks in the qualifying examination will be allowed to those candidates who belong to the communities listed under the Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC) and whose annual family income is up to Rs. 4.5 lakhs (Rupees Four Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only). SC/ST candidates need only a pass in the qualifying examination. But candidates belonging to SEBC categories, seeking admission to MBBS/BDS courses, need 45% marks in Biology and 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology put together, in the qualifying examination and 40% marks in Medical Entrance Examination. Candidates belonging to SC/ST categories need 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology put together in the qualifying examination and 40% marks in the Entrance Examination for seeking admission to MBBS/BDS Courses.
(D) Candidates who have appeared/are appearing for Qualifying Examinations: Candidates who have not passed the qualifying examination but have appeared/are appearing for the Higher Secondary or equivalent examination or the three-year Engineering Diploma Examination of this academic year, will also be permitted to take the Entrance Examination(s) provisionally. But, such candidates should prove their academic eligibility on the date of admission. Candidates applying for Medical courses based on BSc. Degree, should have passed the Degree Examination at the time of submission of application.
(E) Age : The candidate should complete 17 years of age as on 31st
December, 2009.
3. Schedule for the Entrance Examinations :
The Entrance Examinations will be held at all the District Centres in Kerala, New Delhi and Dubai (UAE), on the dates mentioned below as per Indian Standard Time (IST).
Engineering Entrance Examination (For Engineering courses except Architecture)
20.04.2009 Monday 10.00 A.M. to 12.30 P.M. Paper-I : Physics & Chemistry.
21.04.2009 Tuesday 10.00 A.M. to 12.30 P.M. Paper-II: Mathematics.
Medical Entrance Examination (For Medical, Agriculture and Veterinary Courses)
22.04.2009 Wednesday 10.00 A.M. to 12.30 P.M. Paper-I : Chemistry & Physics.
23.04.2009 Thursday 10.00 A.M. to 12.30 P.M. Paper-II: Biology.
Note: Candidates seeking admission to B.Arch. course should also submit the Application form to the CEE. There is no State level Entrance Examination for this purpose. However such candidates should write the National Aptitude Test for Architecture and should forward the NATA score and mark list of the qualifying examination to the CEE on or before 12.06.2009.
4. Application Forms :
(a) ONLY ONE APPLICATION need be submitted for the entrance examinations for admission to one or more of Medical, Agriculture, Veterinary, Engineering
and Architecture Courses.
(b) SC/ST candidates should apply in light Pink application forms and all other candidates should apply in the General application form (Apple Green). Candidates under ‘Other Eligible Communities' (OEC) should apply in the General application form. Candidates who are children of Inter-Caste Married Couple, of which one is SC/ST, should apply in the form meant for SC/ST.
(c) Application Fee : General candidates - Rs.700/-
SC/ST candidates - Rs.350/-
Note:- Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates whose annual family income is below Rs.40,000/- can have Application Form free of cost from the specified branches of SBT and district offices of the Scheduled Tribes Development Department on production of

(d) Application Distribution Centres : The Application form and Prospectus will be distributed from 10 am on 27.01.2009 to 26.02.2009 through selected branches of State Bank of Travancore in Kerala and outside the State. The amount towards the fee of application is to be remitted in cash at the distribution centre. The list of State Bank of Travancore branches, selected as sales centres, is appended separately. Application Forms will not be available by post or sold from the office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.
(e) Application form : All candidates will receive the application form, OMR Data Sheet, an envelope bearing the address of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations and the Prospectus. Candidates should ensure that the Application number printed in the
Application Form, OMR Data Sheet and on the cover are the same.
(f) Facility to Download the Application Form : Candidates who do not claim any reservation benefit can apply in the prescribed application form (which can be downloaded from the website ‘www.cee-kerala.org’). The application fee of Rs.700/- can be remitted in any branch of State Bank of Travancore (SBT) using the chalan provided along with the downloaded application form. The original chalan should be attached with the application form duly signed and authorised by the authorities of SBT. Those candidates who reside outside the State and do not claim any reservation benefit can apply in the downloaded form along with a Demand Draft for Rs.700/- drawn on a Nationalised Bank in favour of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations payable at Thiruvananthapuram.
(g) Candidates opting DUBAI (UAE) as the Centre for Entrance Examination : Candidates, who choose ‘DUBAI’ as their centre for the Entrance Examinations, should submit along with their filled in application form, a Demand Draft for Rs.8,500/- (Rupees Eight Thousand Five Hundred only), drawn on a Nationalized Bank in favour of the 'Commissioner for Entrance Examinations' payable at Thiruvananthapuram. Those applying in downloaded forms should enclose Demand Drafts for Rs.700/- as Application fee and Rs.8,500/- as centre fee. The candidates opting Dubai centre should note that the examinations are conducted as per Indian Standard Time (IST).
5. Last date and time for receipt of filled in Application Forms :
The filled in Application Form along with the OMR DATA SHEET and other relevant documents, to be submitted with the Application Form, is to be sent in the printed envelope bearing the address of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations supplied along with the application form, so as to reach him before 5 p.m. on 26.02.2009 (Thursday), by Hand Delivery/Registered Post /Speed Post. Completed Applications will be received in the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations on holidays also.
6. Belated Applications : Belated applications will be rejected. Candidates are therefore
advised to apply well in advance. The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations will not be responsible for any postal delay.
7. Candidates will not be allowed to include any information in the application form or to submit any Certificates/Documents claiming reservation or any other benefits, after the submission of the application, under any circumstances. Requests in this regard will not be entertained by the Office of the Commissioner.
8. Certificates that are to be obtained in the body of the Application should be obtained in the body of the Application form itself.
9. Incomplete or defective applications will be summarily REJECTED and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
10. The Entrance Examinations and the subsequent allotments will be based on the various provisions laid down in the Prospectus approved by the Government. Prospectus for the KEAM Entrance Examinations 2009 is available in the website of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations at “www.cee-kerala.org”. Candidates are requested to go through the various provisions in the Prospectus before submitting their applications.

B.Arch.
There is separate Entrance Examinations for admission to Engineering and Medical
Courses conducted by the CEE and the allotment will be based on the rank in these
Entrance Examinations. The CEE will not conduct any Entrance Examination for admission to B.Arch. course. However, candidates seeking admission to B.Arch. course should compulsorily appear and qualify the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the National Institute of Advanced Studies in Architecture (NIASA).
2. Eligibility for Admission:
(A) Nativity:
(i) Applicant should be an Indian citizen. Persons of Indian Origin (PIO)/Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders will be treated on par with Indian citizens for the limited purpose of admission.
(ii) Both Keralites and Non-Keralites are eligible to apply for the Entrance Examination.
Applicants of Kerala origin will be categorized as ‘Keralites’. Others will be categorized as ‘Non-Keralites’.
(iii) A candidate will be considered as a ’Keralite’, for the limited purpose of eligibility for admission, if (a) he/she or his/her father/mother was born in Kerala OR (b) he/she has been a resident of Kerala for a period of 5 years within a period of 12 years OR (c) he/she has undergone his/her school studies from Standards VIII to XII in educational institution(s) in Kerala. The candidate should obtain relevant certificates in the application form as prescribed in the Prospectus to avail such benefit.
(iv) Candidates who are children of All India Service (AIS) officers allotted to Kerala cadre, claiming Keralite Status, should produce a certificate from the competent authority showing that the parent of the candidate is an AIS officer allotted to Kerala cadre.
(v) Non-Keralites are classified as ‘Non-Keralite Category-I’ and ‘Non-Keralite Category-II’.
(vi) ‘Non-Keralite Category-I’ candidates are those who have undergone the qualifying course in Kerala, and who are the sons/daughters of Employees of the Government of India, or, employees who are serving in connection with the affairs of the Government of Kerala, subject to the condition that, all categories of the employees mentioned above should have served in Kerala for a minimum period of 2 years, or, have served in connection with the affairs of the Government of Kerala for a minimum period of 2 years. Such candidates will be eligible for admission to the Government seats under ‘State Merit’ only, for all the courses, which are filled on the basis of the rank in the Entrance Examination(s) or the rank list prepared by giving equal weightage to the marks in NATA and qualifying examination, as
applicable.
(vii) Candidates who do not belong to the ‘Keralite’ or ‘Non-Keralite Category-I’ will be treated as ‘Non-Keralite Category-II'. They are eligible for admission ONLY to the ‘State Merit’ seats in the Private Self-financing Engineering Colleges in the State and in the Management Quota seats in Self-financing Engineering institutions sponsored by Government. Non-Keralite candidates will not be considered for admission against reserved seats.
(B) Academic Qualification :
(i) Medical/Agriculture/Veterinary Courses : Candidates should have passed the Higher
Secondary Examination or examination recognized as equivalent thereto, with 50% marks in Biology, and 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology put together. Those who wish to take admission to MBBS/BDS courses should acquire 50% marks in the Medical Entrance Examination (As per the guidelines issued by Medical Council of India).
Candidates seeking admission to BVSc. & AH course under the Kerala Agricultural University, in addition to the qualification prescribed above, should have passed the qualifying examination with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English put together (as per the regulation of Veterinary Council of India).
(ii) Eligibility of BSc. Degree holders: Those who apply based on their BSc. Degree, for admission to MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BSMS Courses, should have obtained their BSc. Degree with one of the subjects, Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, Bio-Chemistry as Main, and any one or two of these subjects as subsidiaries, with 50% marks for Main and Subsidiaries taken together, provided they have passed the Higher Secondary or equivalent examination, with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects.
(iii) Engineering Courses: Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala or examinations recognized as equivalent thereto, with 50% marks in Mathematics separately, and 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/Bio-technology/ Computer Science/Biology put together are eligible for admission. Candidates having Three year Diploma in Engineering awarded by the Board of Technical Examinations, Kerala or equivalent, having 50% marks in the final Diploma examination, are also eligible for admission. However, these Diploma holders are not eligible for admission to the Engineering courses offered by Kerala Agricultural University.
(iv) Architecture Course : Candidates who have passed 10+2 Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination or examinations recognized as equivalent thereto, with
Mathematics as a subject of examination, with 50% marks in aggregate / Candidates who
have passed 10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognised by Central/State Governments with 50% aggregate marks / Candidates with International Baccalaureate Diploma, after 10 years of schooling, with not less than 50% marks in aggregate and with Mathematics as compulsory subject of examination are eligible to apply. In addition, candidates will have to score 40% marks (80 marks out of 200) in the NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture). Reserved category (SC/ST/SEBC) candidates should also have obtained 40% marks in NATA, as per guidelines of Council of Architecture. (For details, visit www.nata.in).
(C) Relaxation in marks in the Qualifying Examination : For all courses, a relaxation of 5% marks in the qualifying examination will be allowed to those candidates who belong to the communities listed under the Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC) and whose annual family income is up to Rs. 4.5 lakhs (Rupees Four Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only). SC/ST candidates need only a pass in the qualifying examination. But candidates belonging to SEBC categories, seeking admission to MBBS/BDS courses, need 45% marks in Biology and 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology put together, in the qualifying examination and 40% marks in Medical Entrance Examination. Candidates belonging to SC/ST categories need 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology put together in the qualifying examination and 40% marks in the Entrance Examination for seeking admission to MBBS/BDS Courses.
(D) Candidates who have appeared/are appearing for Qualifying Examinations: Candidates who have not passed the qualifying examination but have appeared/are appearing for the Higher Secondary or equivalent examination or the three-year Engineering Diploma Examination of this academic year, will also be permitted to take the Entrance Examination(s) provisionally. But, such candidates should prove their academic eligibility on the date of admission. Candidates applying for Medical courses based on BSc. Degree, should have passed the Degree Examination at the time of submission of application.
(E) Age : The candidate should complete 17 years of age as on 31st
December, 2009.
3. Schedule for the Entrance Examinations :
The Entrance Examinations will be held at all the District Centres in Kerala, New Delhi and Dubai (UAE), on the dates mentioned below as per Indian Standard Time (IST).
Engineering Entrance Examination (For Engineering courses except Architecture)
20.04.2009 Monday 10.00 A.M. to 12.30 P.M. Paper-I : Physics & Chemistry.
21.04.2009 Tuesday 10.00 A.M. to 12.30 P.M. Paper-II: Mathematics.
Medical Entrance Examination (For Medical, Agriculture and Veterinary Courses)
22.04.2009 Wednesday 10.00 A.M. to 12.30 P.M. Paper-I : Chemistry & Physics.
23.04.2009 Thursday 10.00 A.M. to 12.30 P.M. Paper-II: Biology.
Note: Candidates seeking admission to B.Arch. course should also submit the Application form to the CEE. There is no State level Entrance Examination for this purpose. However such candidates should write the National Aptitude Test for Architecture and should forward the NATA score and mark list of the qualifying examination to the CEE on or before 12.06.2009.
4. Application Forms :
(a) ONLY ONE APPLICATION need be submitted for the entrance examinations for admission to one or more of Medical, Agriculture, Veterinary, Engineering
and Architecture Courses.
(b) SC/ST candidates should apply in light Pink application forms and all other candidates should apply in the General application form (Apple Green). Candidates under ‘Other Eligible Communities' (OEC) should apply in the General application form. Candidates who are children of Inter-Caste Married Couple, of which one is SC/ST, should apply in the form meant for SC/ST.
(c) Application Fee : General candidates - Rs.700/-
SC/ST candidates - Rs.350/-
Note:- Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates whose annual family income is below Rs.40,000/- can have Application Form free of cost from the specified branches of SBT and district offices of the Scheduled Tribes Development Department on production of
Community Certificate and Income Certificate. [As per G.O.(Rt)No. 80/09/H.Edn.,
dated: 21.01.2009]
(d) Application Distribution Centres : The Application form and Prospectus will be distributed from 10 am on 27.01.2009 to 26.02.2009 through selected branches of State Bank of Travancore in Kerala and outside the State. The amount towards the fee of application is to be remitted in cash at the distribution centre. The list of State Bank of Travancore branches, selected as sales centres, is appended separately. Application Forms will not be available by post or sold from the office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.
(e) Application form : All candidates will receive the application form, OMR Data Sheet, an envelope bearing the address of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations and the Prospectus. Candidates should ensure that the Application number printed in the
Application Form, OMR Data Sheet and on the cover are the same.
(f) Facility to Download the Application Form : Candidates who do not claim any reservation benefit can apply in the prescribed application form (which can be downloaded from the website ‘www.cee-kerala.org’). The application fee of Rs.700/- can be remitted in any branch of State Bank of Travancore (SBT) using the chalan provided along with the downloaded application form. The original chalan should be attached with the application form duly signed and authorised by the authorities of SBT. Those candidates who reside outside the State and do not claim any reservation benefit can apply in the downloaded form along with a Demand Draft for Rs.700/- drawn on a Nationalised Bank in favour of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations payable at Thiruvananthapuram.
(g) Candidates opting DUBAI (UAE) as the Centre for Entrance Examination : Candidates, who choose ‘DUBAI’ as their centre for the Entrance Examinations, should submit along with their filled in application form, a Demand Draft for Rs.8,500/- (Rupees Eight Thousand Five Hundred only), drawn on a Nationalized Bank in favour of the 'Commissioner for Entrance Examinations' payable at Thiruvananthapuram. Those applying in downloaded forms should enclose Demand Drafts for Rs.700/- as Application fee and Rs.8,500/- as centre fee. The candidates opting Dubai centre should note that the examinations are conducted as per Indian Standard Time (IST).
5. Last date and time for receipt of filled in Application Forms :
The filled in Application Form along with the OMR DATA SHEET and other relevant documents, to be submitted with the Application Form, is to be sent in the printed envelope bearing the address of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations supplied along with the application form, so as to reach him before 5 p.m. on 26.02.2009 (Thursday), by Hand Delivery/Registered Post /Speed Post. Completed Applications will be received in the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations on holidays also.
6. Belated Applications : Belated applications will be rejected. Candidates are therefore
advised to apply well in advance. The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations will not be responsible for any postal delay.
7. Candidates will not be allowed to include any information in the application form or to submit any Certificates/Documents claiming reservation or any other benefits, after the submission of the application, under any circumstances. Requests in this regard will not be entertained by the Office of the Commissioner.
8. Certificates that are to be obtained in the body of the Application should be obtained in the body of the Application form itself.
9. Incomplete or defective applications will be summarily REJECTED and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
10. The Entrance Examinations and the subsequent allotments will be based on the various provisions laid down in the Prospectus approved by the Government. Prospectus for the KEAM Entrance Examinations 2009 is available in the website of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations at “www.cee-kerala.org”. Candidates are requested to go through the various provisions in the Prospectus before submitting their applications.

ICAI Examination 2009
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has clarified that the schedule for the Chartered Accountants (CA) PE-II, PCE, Final (old and new), MAC (Part-I), CMC (Part I), TMC (Part-I) IRM, ITL & WTO examinations has not been notified so far and the same would be notified soon.
An official release from the ICAI stated, "Queries are being received from various quarters as to whether the next Chartered Accountants Examinations will be held in the month of May or in the month of June, 2009. In this regard it is clarified that the date schedule would be notified in the website of the institute and also published in the journal of the institute in due course."

As per the Screening Test Regulations 2002, an Indian citizen possessing a primary medical qualification awarded by any medical institution outside India who is desirous of getting provisional or permanent registration with the Medical Council of India or any State Medical Council on or after 15.03.2002 shall have to
qualify a screening test.
The next session of the FMG Exam shall be conducted by the National Board of Examinations on Sunday the 29th March, 2009 at New Delhi

Eligibility: Students securing at least 60% marks in aggregate (or equivalent grade) in Class XII (or equivalent) examination from any recognized Board in India are eligible to apply.
For Scheduled Cast (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) candidates and for Persons with Disability (PD), the minimum requirement is 55%.
Students who have passed the Class XII qualifying examination in 2007 or 2008 or are appearing in 2009 are eligible to apply. (Where only Letter grade is given by the Board, a certificate from the Board specifying equivalent percentage marks will be required. In the absence of such a certificate the decision of the respective Admissions Committee will be final.)
Age Limit: General category candidates and Candidates belonging to Other Backward Castes (OBC) born on or after 01 Oct. 1984 are eligible to apply. For SC/ST/PD candidates the age limit is relaxable by 5 years. In any case, the eligibility criterion mentioned in point 1 above must be satisfied.

Uttar Pradesh technical university, Lucknow is conducting state Entrance Examination(CEEUPTU 2009)on 18th and 19th April, 2009 for admission to degree courses in Engineering (B.Tech.)/Pharmecy (B. Pharm.)/Arthitecture (B.Arch)/Hotel Management (BHMTC)/Fashion & Apparel design Technology(BFAD) and Post Graduate Courses MCA/MBA of Govt Aided and Private unaided Institutions affiliated to U.P. Technical University along with some other Universities of Uttar Pradesh in academic session 2009-10.

ELIGIBILITY TO APPEAR IN SEE-UPTU 2009:
1.For admission to first year of B.Tech./B. Pharm, candidate must have passed intermediate examination of U.P. Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board/University; securing (i) minimum 45%(40% for SC/ST) marks in total of required subject combination (compulsory & optional) and (ii) minimum 40% (35% for SC/ST) marks in each compulsory and optional subject of this combination as given in information brochure of SEE-UPTU 2009.
2.For admission in first year at BHMCT/BFAD, candidate must have passes intermediate examination of U.P. Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board/University; securing minimum 45% (40% for SC/ST) marks in aggregate.
3.For admission in first year at B.Arch, a candidate must have passes intermediate examination of U.P. Board of 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board/University; securing (i) minimum 50 % marks in aggregate and (ii) minimum 40% (35% for SC/ST) marks in each compulsory and optional subject of this combination as given in information brochure of SEE.UPTU 2009. A candidate possessing three years Diploma in Architecture (10+3) recognized by central/state Govt. is also eligible for admission to first year of B.Arch. only, provided the candidate has passed the Diploma examination securing minimum 50 % marks in aggregate,. Such candidate will have to appear in the entrance examination for first year of B.Arch, paper (paper 2&6).
4.For admission in first year at MBA, candidate must have passes three years degree course from any recognized University.
5.For admission to first year at MCA, candidate must have passes three years degree course from any recognized University with mathematics at 10+2 level or at bachelor degree level.
6.For admission to second year (lateral entry) of B.Tech, the candidate must have passed three years Diploma in Engineering course; securing minimum 60% marks in aggregate or “three years ‘B.Sc. degree with mathematics as one subject ; securing minimum 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 40% (35% for SC/ST) marks in mathematics.

Candidate having compartment/ supplementary in any subject in 10+2 examination is not eligible for admission. Candidates appearing for 10+2 examination can also apply but shall produce 10+2 pass certificate during Counseling. Pass in English in 10+2 examination is essential for admission in some of the Universities.

There will be only one question paper consisting of objective type questions in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (or Agriculture) for “STREAM–A” and Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics for “STREAM–B”. The candidates may choose any Stream according to their eligibility and choice of the subjects. The question paper will be in ENGLISH and HINDI.
Reservation:
As per Govt. of India norms, 15% seats in all subjects will be reserved for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), 7.5% for Scheduled Tribes (ST), 3% for Physically Handicapped (PH), and 2% for candidates from Under-Privileged States (UPS). By Post: Candidates from remote places can obtain the Information Bulletin with Application Form by sending written request to the Controller of Exams, Education Division, ICAR, KABII, Pusa, New Delhi-110012 along with Bank Draft of Rs. 450/- (Rs. 400/- + Rs. 50/- towards postal and handling charges) for General, OBC and UPS Categories and Rs. 250/- (200/- + 50/- towards postal and handling charges) for S.C., S.T. and P.H. Categories. The demand draft must be drawn in favour of DDG (Education), ICAR payable at New Delhi with a self addressed envelope (30x25 cm) without postage stamps. The candidate should write his/her name and address on the back of the demand draft. No request for supply of Information Bulletin by post will be accepted after 04th March 2009.
The last date for the receipt of filled Application Forms in the Office of the Controller of Exams, Education Division, ICAR, KAB-II, Pusa, New Delhi–110012 is 10th March 2009.
However for the candidates from remote areas viz. Mizoram, Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh Division of J&K State, Lahaul and Spiti District and Pangi Sub- Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, A&N Islands and Lakshadweep, the last date for receipt of filled Application Form is 17 March 2009.
Applications received after the last date will be rejected. ICAR shall not be held responsible for non-receipt of application within the time schedule due to postal delay or any other reason for delay. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
