The Indian Institute of Management (IIM)-Lucknow will be conducting the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2017 on November 26 in two sessions at approximately 140 test centres across India.

CAT 2017 ELIGIBILITY
The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA [45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons With Disability (PWD) categories], awarded by any University or educational institution as incorporated by an Act of the Parliament or State legislature in India or declared to be deemed as a
University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD,Government of India. The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate would be calculated based on the practice as followed by the respective University/Institution. In case of grades / CGPA, the conversion to percentage of marks would be based on the procedure as certified by the respective University/ institution. If any University/institution confirms that there
is no scheme for converting CGPA into equivalent marks, the equivalence would be established by dividing the candidate’s CGPA by the maximum possible CGPA, and multiplying the result with 100.

Candidates appearing for the final year of Bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed degree requirements and are awaiting results can also apply.

However, it may be noted that such candidates, if selected, will be allowed to join the programme provisionally, only if they submit a certificate from the Principal / Registrar of their University/institution (issued on or before the date as stipulated by the respective IIM) stating that they have completed all the requirements for obtaining the Bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification on the date of the issue of the certificate. IIMs may verify eligibility at various stages of the selection process

Candidates should note that the mere fulfillment of minimum eligibility criteria will not ensure consideration for shortlisting by IIMs

CAT 2017 Application Form Fee

The application fee is Rs. 1800 for General category candidates and Rs. 900 for reserved category candidates.

The mode of application fee payment is through Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.

The application fee has increased from Rs. 1700 for General and NC-OBC candidates and Rs. 850 for SC, ST and PWD candidates.

The registration window opens on 9th August,2017 and will close at 5:00 p.m. on 20th September,2017. The details will be
available in the registration guide.

At the time of registration, the candidates have to select any four Test Cities as per their preference from the drop down menu. After the last date of registration, candidates will be allotted one among the 4 preferred cities and either of the two sessions. In the rare case that a candidate is not allotted any of the preferred cities, he/she will be allotted a nearby city. The candidates can download the admit cards from 18th October,2017 till 26th November,2017

IIM Raipur EFPM Admissions 2016

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Raipur has invited applications for admissions to Executive Fellow Programme in Management (EFPM) in Business Policy and Strategy, Economics and Business Environment, Finance and Accounting, Information Technology and System, Marketing Management, Operations Management and Organisational Behaviour & HRM specialisations for the academic year 2016.

IIM Raipur Executive Fellow Program in Management (EFPM) is a unique doctoral programme in management specifically designed for working professionals with more than 7 years of work experience in industry.

Educational qualification: The candidates should have acquired a Master's degree in any discipline from a recognised university or institute.

Age limit: The candidates' age should not be more than 55 years, as on June 1, 2016.

Selection procedure: The process of short-listing the candidates will be based on CAT/GRE/GMAT/GATE/UGC-JRF percentile. The candidates without these scores will have to appear for Research Aptitude Test (RAT), to be conducted by IIM Raipur.

Application fee: An application fee of Rs 500 needs to be paid by the candidates for the registration process. The candidates can make the payment through demand draft, drawn in favour of Indian Institute of Management Raipur, payable at Raipur. SC/ST/NC-OBC/DAP candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.

IIM Ranchi PGDHRM Admissions 2015

IIM Ranchi has invited applications for admission to Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM), commencing from June 2015.

Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ranchi is the only IIM that offers PGDHRM. The curriculum of the same was developed in consultation with bodies such as National Human Resource Development Network (NHRDN). The MoU signed with NHRDN provides the industry interface for the students.

Eligibility:

The candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree awarded by any of the universities incorporated by an Act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.

At least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA - for General Category

[45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Differently Abled (DA), and Persons with Disability (PWD) category

Candidates meeting all requirements for obtaining the Bachelor's degree by 2015 can also apply subject to furnishing evidence to that effect latest by June 2015

IIM Indore Executive Post Graduate Programme in E-Governance (EPGP-EG) Admissions 2013

The Executive Post Graduate Programme in E-Governance (EPGP- EG) of IIM Indore intends to create a pool of skilled professionals in e-governance domain who can be instrumental in ensuring good governance in the country either through government initiatives or through private participations. EPGP-EG is an effort to bridge the growing gap between demand of skilled and relevant manpower and their availability. Eligibility

Financial Support

FPM students will be given Rs.20,000 per month in the first two year and Rs.24,000 per month in the last two year of the programme. In addition to this, they will be entitled to have an annual contingency grant of Rs.25,000, Computer Grant of Rs.50,000, and a grant of Rs.1,50,000 for attending International/National conferences.

The IIMB PGPPM is a unique opportunity for participants from the private and government sectors who aspire to leadership positions in the area of public policy management. It is ideal for professionals from NGOs, consultancy firms, international agencies, the social and infrastructure sectors, and from the civil services and PSUs.

The programme aims at providing intensive exposure in public policy making and public system management in addition to skills in leadership, decision making and management.

Open candidates (other than government candidates) should be graduates with a minimum of five years of work experience and under 40 years old as on June 1, 2013. A CAT 2012 or GMAT/GRE scores obtained between December 01, 2010 and December 31, 2012 is required. Placement assistance is extended to open candidates.

Candidates from government (belonging to one of All-India Services, Group A Civil Services, or Engineering Services) should have minimum seven years of experience and must apply through DOPT with advance copy to IIMB. Government candidates will undergo a seven week study at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, Syracuse University, USA.
