PGP-HRM is a state of the art management programme committed to nurturing a new wave of HR professionals with the potential to deploy cutting edge analytics to deliver value to industry, which today stands at the cusp of an exciting knowledge revolution, hitherto unseen complexity and unparalleled opportunity.

The Post Graduate Programme in Human Resource Management (PGP-HRM) at IIM Indore is a two-year, full-time, residential programme. The programme will commence from the academic year 2018. The programme aims to groom participants into professional managers with a capacity:

* To integrate human resource and business issues emerging in a dynamic environment
* To apply an understanding of behavioural tenets for harnessing value in organizations and society
* To apply an analytical orientation in creating sustainable and innovative value creation frameworks

IIM Indore uses a combination of various teaching methods such as cases, projects, simulations, computer aided instructions, group discussions, lectures, seminars, presentations by participants and lectures by guest speakers from industry and government. The case method is the predominant pedagogical tool. This sharpens the analytical skills of participants and helps analyse problems from multi- functional perspectives. Instructors mainly guide the group, push participants to develop and defend arguments and take decisions. The programme will also introduce participants to behavioural labs, psychometric instruments and assessment centres.

Admission Process :

Candidates desiring to apply for the programme must select the option of PGP-HRM while filling the application form for CAT 2017. All candidates must follow all deadlines related to CAT 2017and appear for CAT 2017.

Candidates who are shortlisted on the basis of their performance in CAT 2017 and other criteria will subsequently have to appear for a Written Aptitude Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI) wich will be conducted in Bengaluru, Delhi, Indore, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai

Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore, invites applications for admission to Postgraduate Programme in Management (PGPM), commencing in 2014.

Eligibility:Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent.Candidates must have at least completed 5 years of managerial / professional experience.

The Post Graduate Programmein Human Resource Management (PGPHRM) at the Chennai Centre is one of the flagship programmes of IIM Tiruchirappalli (IIMT)

The Post graduate programme in Human Resource Management is specially designed to cater to the growing needs of the HR function in the Industry today. HR is no more a staff function, but a line function. It helps in supporting the strategic decision of the business, as well as in evolving HR strategies to suit the growing needs of managing the human capital in recruitment, defining high performance, training, compensation as well as softer factors of employee engagement among others.

In line with this, the PGPHRM at IIM Tiruchirappalli intends to shape HR professionals in a manner that makes them contribute to business in a strategic manner.

Eligibility : The candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA [45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Differently Abled (DA) (It may also referred to as Persons with Disability (PWD) category)], awarded by any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry ofHRD,Government of India.

IIM Bangalore Post Graduate Programme in Public Policy and Management Admissions 2013

The IIMB PGPPM is a unique opportunity for participants from the private and government sectors who aspire to leadership positions in the area of public policy management. It is ideal for professionals from NGOs, consultancy firms, international agencies, the social and infrastructure sectors, and from the civil services and PSUs.

The programme aims at providing intensive exposure in public policy making and public system management in addition to skills in leadership, decision making and management.
