Eligibility : Graduation from a recognised university and at least 2 years of work experience in a related field after graduation.

Selection Criteria : Qualification, work experience and performance in the interview, Interview will be conducted on video conference.

Fees : Rs.2,15,000/- (PGCBM & PGCHRM)
Rs.1,75,000/- (PGCLSCM and PGCSMM)
(Fees can be paid in 3 installments. ST Extra as applicable)

Duration : 12 months

Pedagogy : Interactive video conference based lectures and 5 days of on-campus learning at XLRI.
