Eligibility :
A candidate is eligible for Admission and Registration in the MPhil/PhD Programme provided he/she has qualified:

(a) For the award of Master’s Degree of any recognized University/other qualification recognized as equivalent thereto in such fields of study as are notified for the purpose from time to time by the University. The minimum qualifying marks are 55% at Post Graduation level (50% in case of reserved categories), and
(b) In the Entrance Examination conducted by the University at the national level on the pattern of UGC/CSIR.

However, candidates holding MPhil degree or those candidates who have cleared JEST of DAE or UGC-NET or GATE of IIT or those having at least five years of related Teaching/Practical/Industry/Professional experience as validated by the respective Disciplines may be exempted from appearing in the Entrance Examination.

KIITEE-Management Test 2013 MBA Admissions

KIIT University (KSOM) is conducting a pan-India KIITEE-MANAGEMENT 2013 Test for selecting students for its two-year ­flagship MBA programme 2013-15.

Eligibility : Graduate in any discipline recognized by the AIU with a minimum of 15 years (10+2+3) of education and having minimum 50% aggregate marks (or equivalent CGPA) with KIITEE MGT/CAT/MAT/XAT/GMAT/ ATMA 2013 score. The percentage of aggregate marks is to be calculated as per the practice followed by the concerned University/ Institution from where the candidate has obtained the degree. In case the University/ Institution does not have any scheme for converting CGPA into equivalent marks, the equivalence would be established by dividing CGPA obtained with the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying the resultant with 100.

Those who are in their final year of graduation and awaiting their results by June, 2013 can also apply.

Cultural Talent Search Scholarship Scheme 2013

The Cultural Talent Search Scholarship Scheme aims at providing facilities to outstanding young children to develop their talents in various artistic fields. Children in the age group of 10 to 14 years studying either in recognized schools or belonging to families practicing traditional art forms are eligible for the scholarship.

The scholarship awarded under the scheme is for two years at a time which is renewable after every two years till the completion of the first university degree stage of education or up to the age of 20 years

Scholarship: 520 scholarships are awarded every year, of which 20 are being reserved for Specially Challenged children

The value of Scholarship is Rs 3600/- (Rs three thousand six hundred) per year and actual tuition fee paid for the specialized training is also reimbursed up to Rs 9000/- (Rs nine thousand) per year

Age: Children whose date of birth is in between 01st July, 1999 and 30th June, 2003 (both days inclusive) are eligible to apply for the award of scholarships for the year 2013-14

IIM Kozhikode invites application for admission to Doctoral programme Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) commencing in the session 2013.

Eligibility:

An application fee of Rs.500/- is required. Please note that details of the demand draft are required to be entered in the Online Form. Hence, the demand draft needs to be procured before the online form can be submitted.

After applying online, a print out of the application along with the crossed demand draft (of Rs.500 payable to Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode at Kozhikode), attested copies of graduation and post graduation mark sheets and certificates, attested copy of the Qualifying Examination score card and Referee Recommendations (in the prescribed formats only) are to be sent to FPM Office, IIM Kozhikode, IIMK Campus PO, Calicut – 673570, Kerala. Attestation is to be done by a gazetted officer. Online application and physical applications received by their due dates would only be considered for further selection processes.
