 CBSE Board Exam 2021 Dates

Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE Class 10, 12 Board Exam 2021 dates have been announced. Shortly after Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank shared the dates, CBSE released the notification regarding the CBSE Date Sheet 2021. As per the official notice, CBSE Board Exams 2021 would begin from May 4 and end on June 10. The Practical Exam would begin from March 1, giving students enough time to prepare. The official notice is now available on cbse.nic.in. 

As for the CBSE Date Sheet 2021, the notification confirms that the date sheet would be released soon. Actual date for releasing the date sheet has not been shared. The notice states that the date sheet of both Class 10 and 12 will be issued soon.

The NTA has released CMAT 2021 Exam Dates, along with the full schedule, The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is tentatively to be conducted on February 27 or 28, 2021 for the management aspirants willing to pursue programs such as PGDM and MBA from B-schools in India. The registration process starts in the first week of November and ends in December 2020, the same Saturday, The CMAT test will take place in January 2021, the last week. Final year Graduation students for 10+2+3 are also eligible to apply for CMAT 2021 but they will have to present a passing certificate at the time of admission. 

The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is a National Level Entrance Examination for admission to management programs in the country. This Test facilitates AICTE affiliated/ Participating Institutions to select suitable graduate candidates for admission to the Management Courses in such Institutions. Until 2018, CMAT was carried out by AICTE, now the test is carried out by the National Testing Authority (NTA) established by the Government of India. Every year, more than 70,000 candidates apply for CMAT. Last year, 74486 candidates applied for the CMAT test. CMAT provides a rare opportunity for all test runners, as none of them is disqualified in their performance.

The CMAT 2021 exam registration process began on 23 December 2020 and the last submission date for CMAT 2021 is 22 January 2021

MICA’s PGP offering has two programmes: PGDM-C and PGDM, as per the AICTE (accreditation body), regulatory requirement, for the admission’s process for the Academic Year 2021-2023.

 

MICAT is the mandatory entrance test for admission to PGDM programs at MICA Ahmedabad. It is a Computer Based Test (CBT) and will be conducted twice for selection of PGDM-C and PGDM 2021-2023 batch. Better of the two MICAT Scores will be considered to select the candidates. Apart from taking CAT 2020 or XAT 2021, you need to appear in MICAT. The MICAT application fee is Rs.1985/- inclusive of GST.    

 

There will be two MICAT exams and both are computer based tests. MICAT-1 will be conducted in December 2020 and MICAT-II will be conducted in February 2021. MICA Ahmedabad will open the MICAT-1 Registration process in August, 2020 third week. The last date to apply for MICAT is third week of November 2020. Apart from PGDM and PGDM-C, MICA also offers 1-year Post Graduate Certificate Program, Crafting Creative Communications (CCC), and the 4-year Fellow Programme in Management (FPM).

 

MICAT is the MICA institute specific entrance exam for admission to PGDM-C and is conducted by MICA. Apart from appearing in CAT 2020, XAT 2021 or GMAT, the candidates applying for admission to 2 years full time PGDM-C or PGDM programme at MICA will have to appear in MICAT-I in December, 2020 or MICAT-II in February 2021. MICAT commands 50% weightage in shortlisting at MICA, while 50% weight goes to CAT/XAT/GMAT score.

 

The candidates who appear in MICAT-1 can get better choice of test centre and GDPI Centre as compared to MICAT-II test takers.

Mumbai University has released the schedule for the admission process of undergraduate programme on its official website. Students of all categories and quotas, meeting the eligibility criteria, can apply for admission to the courses online from July 22. The last date of Mumbai University registration 2020 is August 4 till 1 pm.

Mumbai University admission 2020: Steps to apply

Step 1: Visit the official website of the university i.e. mum.digitaluniversity.ac.in
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the admission link
Step 3: A new page will appear
Step 4: Register yourself
Step 5: Now, log in using your registered username and password to complete the admission form
Step 6: Click on the admission form link
Step 7: Fill up the admission form with all the required details.
Step 8: Click on the submit option.

Indira Gandhi National Open University-IGNOU has launched a new academic programme, MA (Journalism & Mass Communication), in Open and Distance Learning mode with a blend of theory and practice. MA (JMC) aims to develop skilled human resource in media and communication and enable the learners to avail employment opportunities in various media sectors. It will also upgrade the knowledge and skills of those who are working in media organizations without a formal training.

The programme will be useful for those who intend to make a full time career in the print media, radio, television, new media, advertising, public relations, media research and development media sectors. It will be equally relevant for those who are already employed in any of these media and would like to upgrade their knowledge and skills.

To join the programme, learners should have Bachelors Degree in any discipline. They should have access to computers, Internet and basic knowledge of word processing. The duration of the programme is two years which can be completed in five years, due to the flexibility of the ODL system. Initially the programme is on offer in English medium. The fee is Rs 25,000/ for two years; payable in two installments of Rs 12,500/ per year.
