The School of Inspired Leadership-SOIL ha launched the Emerging Leader Booster Programme-ELBP ,an executive programme for working professionals.

ELBP is for functional managers in production,quality,finance,sales.marketing,etc who are looking to progress in to general management roles.

The programme is priced at Rs 4.9 Lakh per participant,including tuition fee,course material,coaching and accommodation and is spread over a year.

Classes are conducted for six continuous days every quarter.
