The candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA (45% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/PC) or equivalent in any discipline. 3 – 5 years of experience is required for admission to Exec.PGDM.Candidates appearing for the final year degree examination (or equivalent examination) can also apply.
Selection :
Selection will be based on the performance of the candidates in CAT/XAT/MAT/ATMA/CMAT, GD & PI and consistent academic record. IPE uses CAT for shortlisting the candidates, IIMs have no role either in the selection process or in the conduct of the Programme

Xavier Institute of Management (XIMB), Bhubaneswar, invites applications for admissions to Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) / Postgraduate Diploma in Management (Human Resources) (PGDM-HRM) for 2013-15 session.
Eligibility: The minimum requirement for admission to the Programme is a three-year Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised university/deemed university. Candidates who expect to complete the final part of their degree examinations by June 15, 2013, can also apply. Offers of admission to such candidates, if made, will be provisional and will be automatically cancelled in the event of their failing to complete all the requirements for obtaining the degree before June 15.
Admission Test : Applicants are required to take any one of the Admission Tests: a) XAT to be conducted by XLRI, Jamshedpur, on 6 January, 2013, or b) CAT to be conducted by IIMs during 11 October - 6 November 2012. Applicants have to follow XAT/CAT advertisements respectively and apply in time. Registering for XAT/CAT is a prerequisite for applying to XIMB.

Application are invited through XAT for Two-year Full-time Post Graduate Diploma Management in:

* PGDM-Rural Management

Eligibility :
Minimum qualification for admission to the two years full-time post-graduate management programs - PGDM at the Institute is three / four years bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST) in any discipline recognized by Association of Indian Universities. However preference will be given to Engineering, Economics, Commerce, Management and Computer Science graduates and candidates with relevant work experience.
Candidates appearing for final year or final semester of their graduate degree examination in academic year 2011-12 are also eligible to appear for the admission process. Such candidates, if called for interview, should submit the copy of admit card or a letter from the principal of the college where they are studying to that effect. Such candidates if finally selected at XISS, Ranchi must clear their Graduation examination with 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST) by August 2012.
A candidate desirous of seeking admission in the Institute will have to appear in an all India level management admission test organized by XLRI Jamshedpur (XAT 2012 on January 8th 2012. For admission to batches 2012-14, scores of only XAT 2012 will be accepted. Candidates will have to apply online for appearing in XAT 2012 by visiting www.xatonline.net.in and will have to select XISS as affiliated institute.
Based on XAT 2012 scores, candidates who have applied for admission at the institute will be shortlisted and will be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview to be held at the institute premises in the month of April 2011.
