Oberoi Group Hotel Management Course 2013

Oberoi Group Systematic Training and Education Programme-STEP is an opportunity for students to participate in a three-year programme that offers practical training at a hotel of The Oberoi Group. This training involves the four core operational departments in a hotel: Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage Service and Kitchen.

Candidates who successfully complete the course will receive a Bachelor of Tourism Studies-BTS degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University -IGNOU

Depending on availability,graduates are also absorbed as full-time employees of The Oberoi Group. Alternately, they are also eligible to compete for admission to the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development-OCDL for a two-year postgraduate level programme

Eligibility : Applicants must be between 17 and 20 years old on July 2013; class XII pass out by July2013; demonstrate strong academic performance in class X and XII (minimum 50% aggregate and 55 % in english)
