BIT Mesra invited application from eligible Class XII pass-out aspiring for admission to the following 5-year (10-Semester) Integrated M.Sc. programmes of the Institute at Mesra for the session 2014-15:


* Integrated M.Sc. in Chemistry

* Integrated M.Sc. in Mathematics & Computing

* Integrated M.Sc. in Physics

* Integrated M.Sc. in Food Technology


Integrated M.Sc. in Chemistry : Pass in Class 12 / equivalent examination with English, Physics,Chemistry, Mathematics / Biology and having at least 60% (50% for SC/ST/PwD) marks in average of 4 subjects - English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics / Biology

Integrated M.Sc. in Mathematics & Computing : Pass in Class 12 / equivalent examination with English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and having at least 60% (50% for SC/ST/PwD) marks in average of 4 subjects - English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics

Integrated M.Sc. in Physics : Pass in Class 12 / equivalent examination with English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and having at least 60% (50% for SC/ST/PwD) marks in average of 4 subjects - English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics

Integrated M.Sc. in Food Technology : Pass in Class 12 / equivalent examination with English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and having at least 60% (50% for SC/ST/PwD) marks in average of 4 subjects - English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics.

To Apply :Eligible candidates must download and print the application form available on BIT Mesra website, and send the completed form along with two recent colour photographs with photocopies of all marksheets and certificates (see item (f) below for list of enclosures), and a crossed Demand Draft for Rs.2,500/- (General / OBC) and Rs.1,500/- (SC/ST) candidates (non-refundable) in favour of “Birla Institute of Technology”, payable at Ranchi, in a A4 size envelope by appropriate means well in advance of the due date (preferably by means of which e-tracking is possible) Send to the Office of Dean, Admissions & Academic Coordination, Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi – 835215. Write ‘programme applying for’, on the top of envelope.
