Executive Fellow Programme In Management (EFPM)

Eligibility Criteria for EFPM

The candidates for the programme should have one of the following qualifications obtained from any of the universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of parliament or declared to be deemed as a universi-ty under section 3 of UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India, or an equivalent qualification from an institution recog-nized and approved by AICTE/AIU:

A master’s degree in any discipline with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade point average with a Bachelor’s degree / equivalent qualification after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) (OR)
Five year integrated Master’s Degree Programme in any discipline with at least 60% marks, ob-tained after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent (OR)

A professional qualification like CA, ICWA, CS with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade point average (OR)
4 years / 8 semester bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech./B. Arch. etc.) with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade point average.

A prospective candidate will have an option to apply to maximum two areas of specialization in the same application form. The selection process for the two areas will be independent of each other and will be conducted separately.
Selection Process for EFPM

The total evaluation process for prospective candidates will involve 200 marks. The weightage for the written test part (either through IIM Kashipur administered Research Aptitude Test – RAT or through any of the standard tests like CAT/GMAT/GRE/GATE/UGC-JRF, provided any of these standard tests has been taken within preceding two years period at the time of the application) and the personal interview part will be equal (100 marks each). For alumni of full-time two-year PGP from IIMs, written test scores are not required..
The RAT will be conducted on 15 April 2018 at IIM Kashipur. RAT will consist of two sections and will involve a total of 100 marks.

Section 1 (the quantitative part) of RAT involving 50 marks, will be applicable for all applicants appearing for this test and will be conducted on Aprail 15, 2018 morning. It will involve a multi-ple choice question test of 60 minute duration and will have three parts with scope of coverage in:

a. Quantitative Aptitude (covering interpretation of data and mapping and analysis of data)
b. Logical Reasoning (covering analogies, alphabet series, number series, arguments, deductive & inductive research, Venn diagram)
c. Research Aptitude (covering basic statistics including meaning and characteristics of research, type of research, methods of research, analysis & tools for data analysis and quantitative & quali-tative research)

Candidates scoring at least 20 marks in Section A will appear in Section 2 of the test. This will be conducted in the afternoon on the same day.

Section 2 will involve the analysis of a management case. It will be specific to the chosen area of research of the candidate. The objective of the test is to evaluate candidate’s ability to assimilate and communicate relevant knowledge and insights by correlating the same with real life practices in the areas of management.
Institute may fix separate minimum cut-off score for candidates applying on the basis of their scores in standard tests other than RAT.
The RAT will be conducted on 15 April 2018 at IIM Kashipur. RAT will consist of two sections and will involve a total of 100 marks.

The printed copy of filled application form along with necessary documents should reach the Ad-mission Office, IIM Kashipur, Bazpur Road, Kashipur, Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand -244713 on or before 15th March, 2018 through Speed/Registered Post only.

A fee of Rs. 2000/- (if applying for 1 area) or Rs. 3000/- (if applying for 2 areas) payable for ap-plication process. You may transfer the money in Institute’s account through NEFT. The required details are as follows:

IIM Raipur EFPM Admissions 2016

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Raipur has invited applications for admissions to Executive Fellow Programme in Management (EFPM) in Business Policy and Strategy, Economics and Business Environment, Finance and Accounting, Information Technology and System, Marketing Management, Operations Management and Organisational Behaviour & HRM specialisations for the academic year 2016.

IIM Raipur Executive Fellow Program in Management (EFPM) is a unique doctoral programme in management specifically designed for working professionals with more than 7 years of work experience in industry.

Educational qualification: The candidates should have acquired a Master's degree in any discipline from a recognised university or institute.

Age limit: The candidates' age should not be more than 55 years, as on June 1, 2016.

Selection procedure: The process of short-listing the candidates will be based on CAT/GRE/GMAT/GATE/UGC-JRF percentile. The candidates without these scores will have to appear for Research Aptitude Test (RAT), to be conducted by IIM Raipur.

Application fee: An application fee of Rs 500 needs to be paid by the candidates for the registration process. The candidates can make the payment through demand draft, drawn in favour of Indian Institute of Management Raipur, payable at Raipur. SC/ST/NC-OBC/DAP candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.

MDI GURGAON Fellow Program / Executive Fellow Program in Management (July 2010)

FPM / EFPM, a Doctoral level program, prepares top researchers and academicians for business, industry, government and non-government organisations. EFPM is a non-residential program meant for executives working in India or abroad.

Areas of Specialization : Business Communications, Economics, Finance, Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource, Information Systems, Marketing, Operations, Public Policy and Governance, Strategy.


FPM / EFPM Eligibility Criteria-:

1. A master’s degree in any discipline with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade point average recognized by AICTE /AIU with bachelor’s degree / equivalent qualification after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) (OR)

2. Five year integrated Masters Degree Programme in any discipline with at least 60% marks, obtained after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2) or equivalent (OR)

3. A professional qualification like CA, ICWA, CS with at least 60%marks or equivalent grade point average (OR)

4. 4 years / 8 semester bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech./B. Arch. etc.) with at least 60% marks or equivalent grade point average. Those appearing for their final examinations in the respective disciplines can also apply.

5. For EFPM, a minimum of 10 years of managerial / executive work experience is required. The minimum age for the EFPM candidate is 35 years as on 1st January 2010.

Selection Process for FPM /EFPM-:

Candidates who have appeared/are appearing for the CAT / GMAT / GRE / GATE / UGC-JRF (two years from the date of the standard test and should be valid on the deadline of submission of the application form) will be shortlisted on the basis of the details in the application form and the scores of aforementioned tests. Only the shortlisted candidates will then be called for interaction with Area faculty followed by Personal interviews on 20 – 30th March 2010 at MDI Campus.

Application Form-:

The Information Brochure and Application Form shall be available on payment of Rs. 750/- in cash at Admission Office, MDI Campus or by sending a demand draft of Rs. 850/- in favor of the Management Development Institute, payable at New Delhi, if by post, from 23rd November 2009. Applicants can also apply online and send the DD of Rs. 850/- by post. The last date of receipt of filled in Application Form at MDI is 29 January 2010.
