All universities have been banned for opening study centres in other states as per UGC Notice No. 132. U.G.C said that University can open centre in other states if approved by joint committee. but U.G.C also declare that they have not approved any state university till this time. As far as DEC concern it can approve only distance course of university but not study centres. then how are you opening study centre in other states. we also call to UGC director in this regard and he said that all such type of university will be punished but no action were taken till this time. we are from reputed News Channel and making investigation in this regard. Student and franchisee are advised not to take admission and open centre in your area such university are committing fruad and stealing your hard earned money. for more detail visit UGC site- www.ugc.ac.in and make inquiry on study centres of states, and Deemed universities.
