D.Pharm (2 years),
M.Pharm ( 2 years: Pharmacology, Quality Assurance, Hospital, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutics, Clinical Research, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Management, Herbal Drug Technology)

For Application details, read the prospectus which can be obtained along with application form on cash payment of Rs. 200/- w.e.f 09.06.09. Request for supply of application forms by post should be accompanied with a self addressed envelope, size 30cm * 22 cm (stamped Rs. 75/-) in addition to demand draft of Rs. 200/- in favour of the DIRECTOR DIPSAR. Form can also be download by logging at www.dipsar.in

Completed application form along with attested photocopies of certificates, testimonials, photograph and demand draft should reach DIPSAR latest by 8th July 2009
Separate application forms should be submitted for each course.
Incomplete application will not be considered and shall be rejected
