To Apply :
The application form can be downloaded from this website and submitted to the Faculty of Planning and Public Policy along with a demand draft of Rs. 1000/- in favour of CEPT University payable at Ahmedabad. Candidates are required to fill the form on a computer as per the instructions given, and email the filled form to the specified email ID. Applicants will then take a print out of the filled application form, affix a recent passport size photograph in the space provided, sign the declaration, attach necessary documents and post the complete set to Chairman - Admissions, Faculty of Planning and Public Policy, CEPT University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380009. The duly filled forms with necessary documentary proofs should reach the office by 31 May 2011.
