CSIR-NCL invite application for admission to PhD programme in engineering from students with a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering/Technology or related discipline and a valid research fellowship awarded by a national agency (CSIR/UGC/DBT/ICMR/BINC/DST-INSPIRE or equivalent).
