Jawaharlal Nehru Scholarships for Doctoral Studies

The Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Fund offers scholarships for upto 2 years from January 2013 to Indian Nationals and Nationals of other Asian countries for Ph.D studies in India.

Eligibility : Minimum 60% marks in Master's degree,age below 35 years,full time Ph.D scholar,registered in a recognized Indian University,having valid GATE/NET score

Fields of study : Science & Technology,Religion & Culture, Sociology, Indian History,Economics,Environment and Nehru Studies.

Monthly Stipend : Rs. 12,000/-,annual contingency upto Rs. 15000/-
