Three Year post - graduate degree program

Eligibility : Bachelor's degree in any faculty with 3 years of post-qualification supervisory / executive work experience.
Classes - 2 weekdays and Sat (6:30 pm to 9:30 pm) and Sun (9am to 12 noon). Selection will be based on Admission Test and Personal interview.
* PGDHR (Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources)
A Unique 20 month weekend program
PGDHR program is designed to train HR managers in the skills of effective performance management with the strategic organizational objectives that sustains growth of an organization. Also for all those line managers on supervisors who wish to make career in HR.
Eligibility : Bachelor's degree with minimum 50% marks and 3 years of post-qualification work experience, preferably in the area of HR in an executive capacity.
Classes - Sat (4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.) and Sun (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.) Selection will be based on Personal interview.
* MPE (Management Program for Executives)
22month weekend program
MPE program is designed to meet the need of the corporate world, through which comprehensive knowledge is imparted in the field of finance, marketing, HR and lots more. Its more than just a degree....it empowers you to chase your dreams.
Eligibility : Bachelor's degree with minimum 50% marks and 3 years of work experience, in an executive capacity after graduation.
Classes : Sat (4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.) and Sun (9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) Selection will be based on GD and Personal interview.

Eligibility Criteria :
Minimum 3 years of work experience preferably in the area of HR in an executive capacity. The cut off date for work experience would be April 30th, 2009.
Graduation from a recognized University in any discipline with minimum 50% marks
Duration : 20 Months
No. of Seats : 30 Seats
Selection Procedure :
Group Discussion and Personal Interview: A candidate has to submit a two-page 'Statement of Purpose'. Describe the Current job profile, significant achievements on job, Career goals and how this course will help you in achieving them. (Format for SOP will be sent at your e-mail id). Take a print, write SOP in the given format and send it to NMIMS University (address given below) with demand draft.
