Tata Institute of Social Sciences PGD in Child Rights

The Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai announces admission to Post Graduate Diploma in Child Rights (PGDCR). It is a full time residential, professional programme of instruction, training and field practice, leading to the award of Post Graduate Diploma in Child Rights (PGDCR). This is a unique programme developed jointly with the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore that aims to enhance capacity, knowledge and skills of participants about various facets of child rights with exposure to experiential learning.

Eligibility: A Bachelor's Degree of a minimum of 3 years duration or its equivalent (under the 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 or 10+2+2+1 year bridge course pattern of study or any other pattern fulfilling the mandatory requirements of 15 years formal education) from a recognised University, in any discipline with minimum of 3 years experience of working in the child rights sector. Few fellowships are available for deserving students. Sponsored candidates may also apply through proper channels.


By sending a request letter to the Deputy Registrar, along with a DD drawn in favour of the "Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai" for Rs.500 From the Cash Counter at TISS, Mumbai against cash payment of Rs. 500.
