Applications are invited for admission to the following Part Time Evening Diploma Courses in various Polytechnics for Academic Year 2008-09:-
Name & duration of the course:
4 years Part time Diploma Courses in Automobile Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
Eligibility
(a) Passed in 10th class of 10+2 System or Matric or any other examination recognized as equivalent to 10th class examination, conducted by CBSE. The subjects Science, Mathematics and English are compulsory and the candidate should have passed in these three subjects without considering grace marks And
(b) Passed NCVT/SCVT from ITIs/ITCs/ Apprenticeship Certificate Exam of analogous* Diploma course without considering grace marks. OR
(b) Passed 12th class examination of analogous 10+2 Vocational Stream of CBSE or equivalent, without considering grace marks.
The candidate should be employed/self-employed on the day of submitting the application form.
The Prospectus with application form for the admission will be available from Aryabhat Polytechnic, G.T Karnal Road, Delhi -110013 and G. B. Pant Polytechnic, Okhla, New Delhi - 110020 on payment of Rs.60/- in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of DDO, Aryabhat Polytechnic payable at Delhi.
The Prospectus and application form will be on sale from 7th July 2008 to 16th July 2008 between 10.00 AM to 4.00 PM on all working days (including Saturday). Separate application form should be filled up for each course.
Applicants from outside Delhi may download the application form from the website of the Department (http://tte.delhigovt.nic.in) and submit the same along with a Demand Draft of Rs.60/- drawn in favour of the DDO, Aryabhat Polytechnic, payable at Delhi (towards the value of the prospectus cum application form).
The application form should be submitted at Aryabhat Polytechnic latest by 4.00 PM on 16th July 2008.
