MH-AAC-CAT 2009 Application Process
Director of Art Maharashtra CAT for Admission in B.F.A.-Bachelor of Fine Art.
Applications are invited Maharashtra Applied Art & Craft Common Aptitude Test MH-AAC-CAT 2009 for admission to first year of four year full time degree course in Bachelor of Fine Art in government Institutes/colleges and AICTE approved un-aided private colleges in Maharashtra state.

Eligibility-:
Candidate should be an Indian National and should passed/appeared the HSC (Std.XII / 10 + 2 level) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its Equivalent examination with English as one of the subject and secured minimum 50% marks in aggregate (45% marks in aggregate for backward class category candidates belonging to Maharashtra state only).Final result HSC fulfilling 50% criteria and 45% require for reserved category achieved not necessarily in first attempt.

For Online Application Of Form
Information brochure for the aspiring candidates will be available at the ARCs against the payment of Rs.100/- in cash.
It is mandatory to procure Information Brochure and go through it carefully.
Fees for online submission of application form is Rs. 700/- for open category candidates from Maharashtra State, Outside Maharashtra State ( OMS ) candidates Rs. 500/- for reserved category candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only (i.e. Candidates having relevant backward class Caste Certificate issued by Maharashtra State authorities).
The candidate has to pay the prescribed fees of the application form in the form of DD (demand draft)/Pay Order of any Nationalised /Scheduled / Private Sector Commercial bank drawn in favour of Director, Directorate of Art, Dr. D. N. Road, Fort, Mumbai payable at "Mumbai" at the time of receipt of the information brochure at ARC.
The ARC Officer shall issue the Receipt of the sale of Application form in prescribed format on the Specimen Application form.
No other mode of payment shall be permitted.
This fee is non refundable and non transferable under any circumstances.
